Mixed pine-like materials were used, but because the connecting surfaces of the pine-like materials were monotonous and straight, the connecting surfaces could separate due to the influence of temperature changes, rainwater, dust, etc. There were many defects, such as interfering with sports for athletes, shortening the lifespan of the court itself, and speeding up the cycle of repairs and new construction.

This had the disadvantage that the wavy-shaped boundary lines at the joints of each coat material were clearly visible, causing misunderstandings between the lines, etc., and being an eyesore for those competing on the court. .

In some cases, gaps were created at the joints.

用コートの構造である。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is made of a rubber chip that has alternating wavy-shaped recesses and wavy-shaped protrusions on the peripheral edge of each side of a quadrilateral shape, and has a uniform thickness. A coating material is formed, and the wavy-shaped convex portions of the adjacent coating material are alternately fitted into the wavy-shaped concave portions of the coating material, and the wavy-shaped concave portions are alternately fitted into the wavy-shaped convex portions of the other coating material. In the structure of a court for sports facilities, in which each coating material is laid down so that there are no gaps between the contact surfaces of the uneven parts of each corrugated shape, the lower layer is made of fine-grained rubber chips and has a uniform thickness. The structure of the court for sports facilities is characterized in that an upper layer of uniform thickness is formed from coarse-grained rubber chips above the lower layer.

構成である。(Example) Reference numeral 1 denotes a lower layer consisting of chips made of a rubber material having uniform thickness and fine grain elasticity, constituting the coating material a of the present invention. Reference numeral 2 denotes an upper layer of chips made of a rubber material having a uniform thickness and coarse-grained elasticity relative to the surface of the layer 1. Both layers 1 and 2 can be made by stacking separate layers and adhering them so that they do not separate, or by forming the lower layer 1 in advance, and after forming the lower layer 1, place coarse granular rubber that will become the upper layer 2 above the lower layer 1. Chips made of materials are layered to a uniform thickness and formed into a layered shape through a heat treatment process. After the formation, the outer peripheral edge portion is formed by forming concave portions 3 and convex portions 4 alternately and continuously in a corrugated shape as shown in the drawings, thereby forming the coating material a. In particular, when forming the concave portion 3 and the convex portion 4, only the convex portion 4 side is formed to be slightly larger than the curved surface of the concave portion 3 into which it is fitted. The above is the structure of coating material a.

They are mated.

Even if the color changes, it is canceled out by the shape of the coarse rubber chips in the upper layer and becomes unclear. Then, as a coat, a ground pattern is formed on one side.

A coat can be constructed.

利点を有している。(Effects) (1) The coating of this invention has a uniform upper layer thickness,
Moreover, since it is made of coarse-grained rubber chips, even if the concave and convex parts are joined, only the shape of the coarse-grained rubber chips will be visible on the coating surface, so the wave-like shape that appears at the joints of each coating material. This has the advantage of making competitions extremely easy, as pedestrians and competitors can watch games without being aware of the joints at all.
