There are many factors that reduce the durability of structures, such as rusting and expansion of buried reinforcing bars and steel frames as they progress.

Various methods are being researched and developed to prevent functional decline in concrete buildings by reinforcing the affected areas.

Although it is known to inject drugs into these cracks, the injection of drugs into these cracks is done manually using a pump, and therefore it is difficult to inject drugs into areas such as hair cracks. Injecting takes longer than expected, and it is extremely difficult to perform the injection in places with low workability and poor injection conditions (for example, at high places or on downward facing surfaces). No. 1), they completed a device that can be attached to the target position and automatically inject drugs into cracks without the need for an operator to directly carry out the injection work by holding a drug injector. In this device, a capsule filled with a drug is housed in a cylindrical casing that forms the main body, and the inlet/outlet nozzle of this capsule is connected to a connecting fitting protruding outside the main body, and the injection thrust by a spring is applied inside the casing. This is convenient because the entire device can be used repeatedly by handling only the drug-filled capsule as a consumable item, but it is bulky and heavy. It has been found that this is disadvantageous, as it tends to be excessive, making it inconvenient to install during use, and also being expensive. Of course, it can be used repeatedly in places with good usage conditions, so it has become clear that something simpler to handle is required.

An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic drug injection device for crack repair which can be easily handled.

A cylindrical casing equipped with a lid mounting portion, a piston that is inserted into the casing and has a sealing function with the inner peripheral surface, a rod that supports the piston and projects an appropriate length toward the lid, and is attached to the end of the casing. A pressurizing coil spring is interposed between the inner surface of the lid and the back of the piston, and the injection support is removably attached to the connecting pipe attachment part at the end of the casing and is screwed to the injection support attached to the building. It consists of a joint piece that is attached to the repaired area.The front part of the piston inside the casing forms a filling chamber for the injection chemical, and the piston rod is used for injection operation using a locking pin along the outer surface of the lid while the coil spring is compressed. The configuration includes a locking pin insertion hole that can stop the action of thrust on the piston until the front.

外向きに開いた形状にしてあるものを用いる。 The main body casing 1 has a cylindrical shape with a smooth inner circumferential surface, and is made of synthetic resin with translucency that allows the interior to be seen with the required internal volume.
One end is closed, and an elongated boss 2 protrudes from the center. A screw 3 is carved on the outer periphery of the tip of the boss 2, and a lid is attached to the outer periphery of the other end (opening side). 5. Mounting screws 4 are carved. A hole 5' is bored in the center of the lid body 5. A piston 6 slidably inserted into the main body casing 1
is a cap-shaped cap made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber and has one or more (two in this embodiment) sealing protrusions 6' formed protrudingly on the circumferential surface. As shown in the figure, the first half has a conical shape with a gentle slope, and the second half has a short cylindrical shape with a groove 7' formed on the outer periphery. Depending on the installation conditions, the piston can be shaped into any shape as long as it has the function of locking and holding the piston. A piston rod 8 of an appropriate length is attached to the rear of the axis, and a leg rod 9' of a locking piece 9 is inserted into the middle of the rod 8 to prevent the spring thrust from acting until the engine is started. A lock pin hole 8' is provided, and a ring 12 is attached to the rear end of the rod.As the lock piece 9, as illustrated in FIG. The other leg bar facing the leg bar 9' passing through the lock pin hole 8' is bent in a dogleg shape at an intermediate position so that the ring 9'' exhibits a spring property. A portion 9a is formed, and the tip thereof is shaped to open outward for easy insertion and locking.

1 is removed, pull the piston rod 8 and inject a chemical solution (for example, modified epoxy resin and modified polyamide amine as a hardening agent) from the spout hole 2' of the boss 2 into the chemical filling chamber 15 formed in the casing 1. In order to temporarily stop the thrust of the pressurizing coil spring 10, the piston rod 8 is moved until the lock pin hole 8' protrudes from the outside of the lid 5. The leg rod 9' of the lock piece 9 is pulled out against the elasticity of the coil spring 10, and the leg rod 9' of the lock piece 9 is inserted into the pin hole 8' to temporarily lock the piston rod 8.

にすれば効果的である。 Apart from preparing the injection device in this way, only the mounting seat plate 20 is coated with adhesive such as epoxy resin so that the openings are located at the required locations on the surface of the cracks C that have occurred on the concrete wall surface A. Attach the joint piece 11 to the tip boss 2 of the main casing 1 of the injection device described above, and assemble by screwing the male thread 11'' at the end of the joint piece 11 into the screw hole 21 of the mounting seat plate 20. In this operation, one injection device is attached to each mounting seat plate 20 attached to the crack.
(See figure) Once the preparations are completed in this way, by removing the lock piece 9 of each injection device from the pin hole 8' of the piston rod 8, the limited force of the coil spring 10 immediately acts on the piston support head 7. The piston 6 is moved forward, and a high pressure corresponding to the thrust applied to the piston 6 flows out through the joint piece 11 to the opening of the mounting seat plate 20, and the thrust is continuously applied. Then, the drug is automatically injected into the crack C of the wall A (see Fig. 3).
While this operation is in progress, the entire injection device is supported by the mounting seat plate 20. Therefore, it is effective to use the ring 12 attached to the end of the piston rod 8 and connect it to a suitable location such as a building with a rope or the like to provide supplementary support depending on the situation of the installation location.

At the same time, the piston can be installed at the target location by applying injection pressure and keeping the pressure stopped within the casing until injection starts.
Not only in places with good scaffolding conditions, but also in high places, on ceilings,
Alternatively, it can be installed easily when used in locations with poor working footing conditions, and since the main casing can be used to fill the drug solution, operation is simple, and when using a large amount of injection devices. has the advantage of further improving workability.

ト建造物の壁部補修薬剤自動注入装置。 A cylindrical main body casing made of synthetic resin, which has a protruding connection pipe mounting boss with a medicine injection hole of appropriate size and a suitable size at one end, and a lid mounting portion at the other end, and the main body A piston that is fitted and slidably mounted on a support head within a casing; a rod that is directly connected to the piston support head and projects an appropriate length from a lid attached to an end of the main body casing;
A pressurizing coil spring interposed between the inner surface of the lid body and the rear surface of the piston support head is screwed to an injection support detachably attached to the boss of the main body casing and attached to the building side to achieve the overall purpose. The front part of the piston inside the casing forms a filling chamber for the injection drug, and the piston rod has a locking piece along the outer surface of the lid body with a compressed coil spring to hold the piston before the injection operation. An automatic chemical injection device for repairing walls of concrete buildings, which is equipped with a lock pin hole for locking the operation of the device.
