Claims (1)
- 枠型のフレームの一方の側に配管を設け、配管
の被圧力測定物質の圧力に応じて変位を生じるベ
ローズを設け、ベローズ先端に磁気コアを取付け
、ベローズを取付けたフレームの反対側フレーム
の内部にコイルを取付けて前記磁気コアと組合せ
作動トランスを構成し、ベローズの変位を作動ト
ランスにより連続的に電気信号に変換する圧力セ
ンサにおいて、フレームの内側の一部に突起部を
設け、ホルダの外周部に前記突起部と接触停止す
るホルダ接触部を設けたことを特徴とする圧力セ
ンサ。
