Claims (1)
- 被測定ガスの充填される配管の一端に圧力室を
設け、圧力室内にベローズを配し、圧力の変化に
よる前記ベローズの変位量をシヤフトを介して磁
気コア及びコイルにより構成される、所謂差動ト
ランスにより検出する圧力センサに於て、特に前
記シヤフトと磁気コア間に非磁性体を介在させた
ことを特徴とする圧力センサー。
