BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY In order to transfer a small object into a jig in which small object storage recesses are formed vertically and horizontally, conventionally, the jig is placed in a case that can freely swing around a horizontal axis and vibrate in the direction of the horizontal axis. At the same time, several times the required amount of microscopic objects is supplied onto this jig, and the microscopic objects on the jig are dispersed and moved in both directions by the rocking and vibration of the jig. It allows minute objects to be deposited into a large number of recesses.

Then, at the time when the minute objects have been transferred into the recess, the excess minute objects on the jig are taken out, the jig containing the minute objects is taken out, a new jig is set in the case, and the jig is placed on top of the jig. The task of supplying a predetermined amount of minute objects is repeated.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been devised keeping in mind the above-mentioned circumstances, and attempts to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks through simple improvements. In the micro object transfer device according to the present invention, a case for removably accommodating a jig in which a micro object storage recess is formed is provided so as to be swingable around a horizontal axis and swingable in the direction of the horizontal axis, and A micro object storage section communicating with the micro object floating space on the jig of the case is formed on one side of the case in the swinging direction, and a micro object storage section is formed on one end side of the micro object storage section in the vibration direction. This system is characterized by the provision of a weir that allows surplus minute objects to overflow among the minute objects supplied in a slightly larger amount than the quantity.

Function In the device of the present invention, when the case swings around the horizontal axis, the placed minute objects are evened out from the case to the storage section, and when the case swings in the horizontal axis direction, Excess fine particles in the storage section cause a cutting action, overflow from the weir, and are removed.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In FIG.
46177 (Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-163135)), the base can swing around the horizontal axis H and freely vibrate in the direction of the horizontal axis H. A case 3 that removably accommodates a jig 2 in which object storage recesses a are formed vertically and horizontally is attached.

According to the above-mentioned fine article transfer device, as described below, fine articles are transferred into the storage recess a of the case 3, and surplus fine articles are transferred from the storage portion B to the weir and further to the outlet 4b of the chute 4. It is preferably removed through the following steps. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, with the case 3 in a horizontal state, first, a minute object 7c, which is a workpiece, is placed and supplied onto the jig 2 in an amount slightly larger, for example, by several percent, than the transferred amount. At the same time, the minute objects 7h are placed and supplied onto the storage section B in an amount approximately twice the transferred amount. Next, when the entire case 3 begins to swing counterclockwise around the horizontal axis H as shown in Fig. 3, most of the minute objects 7 gather on the jig 2, and vibrations occur in the direction from the front to the rear of the page. When it starts to be added, it starts to be transferred to the accommodation recesses a, a, . . . . Then, when the case 3 begins to rotate clockwise in the reverse direction as shown in FIG. Move up. Then,
The microscopic objects at a level higher than the weir 6 in the weir 7h' are combined with vibrations and induce a so-called "massukiri" action, and are removed by overflowing from the weir 6 to the chute 4. Therefore, the minute object 7h' is set to be twice the transferred amount and remains.

That is, by providing the minute object storage section β in the case 3, it is possible to eliminate the need to take out the minute object when taking out the jig 2, and if only the minute object storage section B is provided, Since the minute objects are not transferred to all of the minute object storage recesses a, if the minute objects are supplied quantitatively, the minute objects that cannot be transferred to the recess a will accumulate in the storage section B. Although it is necessary to control the supply amount, since an overflow weir 6 is provided in the fine object storage section β to allow the untransferred fine objects to overflow to the collection tool 5, a fixed amount of fine objects can be supplied. It is possible to do so.

The amount of fine objects stored in the fine object storage part B by the weir 6 is appropriately set by taking into consideration the shape and size of the fine objects, and the shape of the upper edge of the weir 6 is set appropriately. Needless to say, it can be changed arbitrarily.

Effects of the invention As explained above, according to the micro-material transfer device of the present invention, the micro-material storage section is connected to the jig storage case, so that residual micro-materials can be removed when replacing the jig after the transfer of micro-materials is completed. This eliminates the need for extraction work, and a weir is installed in the external microscopic object storage area to allow excess microscopic objects to overflow.
It is possible to adopt a control mode that keeps the supply of minute objects constant, and through simple and rational improvements, it has become possible to conveniently transfer minute objects.
