The purpose of this is to remove seaweed by injecting water into the isolation member placed around the bottom of the ship that separates seawater from the hull, where seaweed, dust, oil, and other deposits have adhered to the outer shell of the ship. Seaweed and other deposits attached to the ship's shell can be removed by mixing a herbicide for cleaning and a cleaning agent for removing deposits, and mixed water at an appropriate level necessary for this purpose. To provide a method and device for cleaning a ship's outer shell, which can improve the operating condition of the ship and prevent corrosion due to adhesion of seaweed and other deposits on the ship's outer shell. It's about doing.
