- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明なベースフイルム上に形成された透明電極
に、発光層、絶縁層及び背面電極が順次積層形成
された発光ユニツトと、上記発光ユニツトの外側
を挟着し封止する防湿フイルムとを具備しており
、 上記防湿フイルムの封止部を上記発光層の面と
実質的に垂直に起立させたことを特徴とするＥＬ
