- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (a) 透光性基板と、 (b) 前記透光性基板上に形成される透光性電極
と、 (c) 前記透光性電極上に配置される誘電体層に
よつて包囲されるエレクトロルミネツセンス発光
層と、この誘電体層上に形成される金属製電極と
を有するエレクトロルミネツセンス素子と、 (d) 前記透光性基板に気密に取付けられ、前記
エレクトロルミネツセンス素子を覆う空間を形成
する包囲手段と、 (e) 前記空間に充填された絶縁性流体と、 (f) 前記包囲手段の内周面の少なくとも前記エ
レクトロルミネツセンス素子に対応する部分に形
成される着色された層とを有することを特徴とす
るエレクトロルミネツセンス表示装置。
