The present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel sheet for ultra-deep drawing that has excellent resistance to work embrittlement, and allows for the production of members that undergo severe deep drawing with a hardness exceeding 2.1 at a relatively low cost, while also preventing brittle fractures such as longitudinal cracks. The aim is to provide a steel plate that is less susceptible to such occurrences. Low-carbon Al-killed steel is widely used as cold-rolled steel sheets for ultra-deep drawing, but in order to manufacture forming parts that require deep drawing, such as automobile oil pans, special treatment is required to avoid high production costs. Charcoal annealed materials are often used. In addition, as a material to replace this decarburized annealed material, vacuum degassing treatment is performed during molten steel to remove as much carbon as possible from the molten steel, and the remaining carbon is removed by adding Ti and Nb. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1987 describes a method for manufacturing cold-rolled steel sheets that is completely fixed as a stable carbide and achieves ultra-deep drawability.
It is disclosed in Publication No. 13123 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 115928/1983. By the way, Ti-added steel (hereinafter referred to as ultra-low carbon Ti-added steel) and Nb-added steel (hereinafter referred to as ultra-low carbon Nb-added steel) through vacuum degassing treatment fix carbon in the steel as carbides.
The manufacturing cost is quite high due to the addition of Ti and Nb, but since it has a finer grained structure compared to decarburized annealed materials, it also has excellent roughening resistance. On the other hand, these ultra-low carbon Ti additives and ultra-low carbon Nb additives completely fix solid solution C, which is a powerful grain boundary strengthening element, as a stable carbide, so they cannot be used for deep drawing of oil pans, etc. as described above. When obtaining molded parts that require severe processing, a problem arises in that brittle fractures called longitudinal cracks are likely to occur during deep drawing or subsequent secondary processing. However, in order to prevent this brittle fracture after deep drawing, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-35662 added 0.0080% or less of B to the ultra-low carbon Ti additive material to strengthen the grain boundaries and create an ultra-deep drawing material with excellent secondary workability. It is disclosed that cold-rolled steel sheets for drawing are manufactured, but this ultra-low carbon
Ti-added materials have the disadvantage that surface flaws are likely to occur due to non-metallic inclusions such as TiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 generated in the steel. Also, Special Publication No. 50-31531 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
Although JP 54-104417 proposes a method for improving the surface properties, it does not necessarily yield favorable results.
Since C is an element that easily bonds with carbon, in order to completely fix C as a carbide, it is necessary to add a larger amount than the equivalent amount of C atoms, which has the unavoidable disadvantage of increasing manufacturing costs. Furthermore, as a technology for adding Nb, Ti, etc. to ultra-low carbon materials, JP-A-58-42752 and JP-A-57-
There is Publication No. 104627, but the former is JP-A-58-42752.
In the case of No. 2, even if C is reduced to 0.005% or less, if it is too low, secondary workability will deteriorate, so P is also reduced at the same time so that P≦4C, and P+5N≦0.020.
This is a technique that ensures secondary workability by significantly reducing % and N at the same time. Also, this steel contains Ti,
A technique is disclosed in which one or more of Nb and B is added as a binder for C and N, but even in the examples, there is no one in which B and Nb are essential and are added in combination.
Moreover, C is high at 0.0030% or more, and secondary workability is ensured with ultra-low N and ultra-low P. Moreover, there is a problem in reducing P significantly from a cost standpoint, and as mentioned above, Ti is prone to surface defects.
B and Nb are not equivalent, and furthermore, primary workability,
In order to ensure secondary workability, fixation of N is not based on Al, but instead relies on Ti, B, Nb, etc., resulting in a very unstable product.Furthermore, the addition of a large amount of B makes the product deeply unstable. There was a decrease in drawability, and due to the addition of a large amount of Nb, there was a decrease in secondary workability. The latter technique disclosed in JP-A-57-104627 was proposed by the present applicant, but since it is a technique that mainly expects the fixation of N by B, B is high and the value and elongation value are low. For this reason, examples of sol.Al are set high only when B/N < 1, but basically they are used as deoxidizing aids, so the cleanliness of the steel is included. The subsequent workability and secondary workability are unstable. Further, Ti, Nb, Zn, and V are treated as equivalent substances in which one or more of them are added, and the examples also disclose only Ti, which has a problem with surface scratches, and there is no technology that makes B and Nb essential. Furthermore, in both of these two technologies, under hot rolling conditions,
This is a technology in which the finishing temperature is kept at around 900℃ or less. The present invention was created after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its component composition is wt.
As a percentage (hereinafter simply referred to as %), C: less than 0.0020%, Mn: 0.04 to 0.30%, Nb: 0.036% or less, B: 0.0005 to 0.0015%, P: more than 0.015% and 0.030% or less, S: 0.020% or less, A steel plate containing sol.Al: 0.015 to 0.1%, N: 0.0050% or less, the balance consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities, and in which Nb and C satisfy 8≦Nb/C≦18, and its manufacture is Generally, the above-mentioned steel is melted by vacuum degassing treatment, made into a slab by continuous casting, etc., then finish rolled at a temperature of 900 to 950°C, wound at 500 to 750°C, Hot-rolled steel plate. Next, this hot-rolled steel sheet is pickled, cold-rolled at a rolling reduction of 65% or more, and then box-shaped or continuous annealed at a temperature higher than the recrystallization temperature, preferably 750° C. or higher. That is, by doing so, a cold-rolled steel sheet for ultra-deep drawing, which has r exceeding 2.1 and satisfies longitudinal cracking resistance (T<-70° C.) and is less susceptible to work embrittlement, can be obtained accurately at a relatively low cost. The reason for the limitation regarding the steel composition of the steel according to the present invention as described above is as follows. In order to increase the value, which is an index of deep drawability, it is better to have as little C as possible. In addition to being cost effective, the recent vacuum degassing process
Since less than 0.0020% C can be easily obtained industrially, the upper limit was set to less than 0.0020%. Mn is 0.04 to 0.30%, and this is because in Nb-added steel, less Mn is better in order to improve ductility and deep drawability, but below 0.04%, hot embrittlement due to S is prevented. Since this is not possible, this is set as the lower limit, and since ductility and deep drawability are significantly reduced at 0.30% or more, this is set as the upper limit. The reason why P is set to 0.030% or less is to suppress deterioration in workability due to an increase in the strength of the soft cold rolled steel sheet. Note that this P also has a grain-strengthening power for secondary processability, and since it is disadvantageous to reduce it significantly from a cost perspective, it is preferable to set the lower limit to 0.015%. S combines with Mn to form MnS, which deteriorates the cleanliness of the steel and is preferably Mn/S≧5 in order to prevent hot embrittlement during hot rolling. Also, since it is preferable to have less S, the upper limit is set to 0.020%. sol.Al is necessary as a deoxidizing agent during melting, and
In order to fix solid solution N, which causes strain aging, as AlN, it is necessary to exceed at least 0.015%, and if it exceeds 0.100%, it promotes the nitriding phenomenon in box annealing and further reduces ductility. The upper limit was set at 0.100%. Since N causes a decrease in ductility in the steel used in the present invention and can be effectively fixed by containing Al as described above, the upper limit was set at 0.0050%. B is one of the main elements of the present invention, and the addition of a very small amount significantly improves the work embrittlement resistance. In other words, various experimental results show that 0.0005% or more is required to obtain sufficient resistance to work embrittlement, while exceeding 0.0015% reduces ductility and deep drawability, so the upper limit must be set.
It was set as 0.0015%. Nb is also one of the main elements in the present invention, and by fixing C in the steel as carbide (NbC), deep drawability and ductility can be improved. However, in order to stably obtain the characteristics necessary for ultra-deep drawability where the Nb/C exceeds 2.1, it is necessary that Nb/C≧8.
However, increasing Nb/C more than necessary
This results in an increase in the amount of Nb/C added, which leads to a decrease in work embrittlement and an increase in manufacturing costs. Therefore, it is necessary to set Nb/C≦18, and the allowable upper limit is
0.036% (C is less than 0.0020% and Nb/C≦18
is). To further explain these relationships, Figure 1 shows box-shaped annealed materials with no B added (○ mark) and those with B added in a range of 5 to 15 ppm (●
(marked) and those containing 15ppm or more of B (marked ▲)
The effects of Nb/C described above are shown for each case, and by setting Nb/C≧8, the value, which is an index of deep drawability, can be stably obtained at a high value exceeding 2.1. However, even if ultra-deep drawability is obtained in this way, the Nb/C≧8
The first reason is that the longitudinal cracking limit temperature used for the above-mentioned work embrittlement shifts to a higher temperature side, making work embrittlement more likely to occur.
As shown at the top of the figure, according to the present invention
If Nb/C≧8 and 0.0005% or more of B is added, this work embrittlement resistance can be significantly improved. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the addition of B causes a decrease in the value required for deep drawing and the total elongation, so adding more than necessary will deteriorate the deep drawability. Therefore, in order to satisfy both work embrittlement resistance and ultra-deep drawability, the amount of B added must be in the range of 0.0005 to 0.0015%. The manufacturing method involves degassing molten steel to reduce C to below 0.0025%, forming a slab by continuous casting, and then finishing rolling at Ar 3 or higher, preferably at 900 to 950°C. then 500-750
Wind up at °C. Then, it is cold rolled after pickling. The rolling reduction rate in this cold rolling is 65% or more, preferably 70% to 75% or more, and the finishing temperature, coiling temperature, and rolling reduction rate in cold rolling are within generally known ranges. Anything is fine. The cold-rolled material is then annealed at a temperature higher than the recrystallization temperature to produce a product, and such annealing has also been commonly employed. Specific manufacturing examples according to the present invention are explained below along with comparative examples. That is, first of all, the chemical composition of the steel for the present invention specifically adopted by the present inventors and its comparison is as shown in Table 1 below, and Steels 1 to 7 have the composition specified in the present invention. Those within the range, steel 8 to 19
is a comparison steel. In other words, in Steels 8 to 10, C is higher than the range of the present invention, and even if B is added, it does not reach the range of the present invention, and in Steel 8, Nb/C also does not reach the range of the present invention. Further, Steels 11 to 13 have C within the range of the present invention, but B is not added, and Steel 11 also has a high N content. steel 14
Steels 15 to 17 have high C, and especially steels 15 to 17 have B higher than the range of the present invention. Furthermore, Steel 18 has C within the range of the present invention but has high B, and Steel 19 has high C and no B, and is a decarburized annealed material.

[Table] However, the manufacturing conditions for each steel as described above and the properties of the steel sheets obtained are summarized in Table 2 below. , CA indicates continuous annealing. All mechanical properties were determined using test pieces specified in JIS No. 5, and skin roughness was evaluated visually using the Erichsen test. Furthermore, to evaluate the process embrittlement after ultra-deep drawing, all of the test materials were cup-drawn to 50φ at a drawing ratio of 2.1, which allows easy forming, and this cup was immersed in a low-temperature bath to form a conical cone with an opening angle of 60°. The work embrittlement resistance of each material was demonstrated at the critical temperature at which vertical cracking occurs in the side wall of the cup during indentation.
