(発明が解決しようとする問題点)

塗物を複数の部品で構成されるハンガーに吊掛け
て搬送するとともに、前記表面処理工程のうちの
少なくとも皮膜化成処理工程では、処理液に被塗
物をハンガーとともに浸漬させる第1搬送装置
と、前記水切り乾燥工程において乾燥炉内で被塗
物を搬送する第2搬送装置と、これら第1搬送装
置と第2搬送装置との間に設けられ、被塗物を第
1搬送装置のハンガーから脱荷させて第2搬送装
置に移載する移載装置とを付設したことを特徴と

移載部12へ復帰させて、第1搬送装置4による
次の被塗物搬送があるまで待機せしめるのであ
る。つまり、第1搬送装置4により搬送されてき
た被塗物3のみが第2搬送装置5へ移載されるこ

化成液が熱風乾燥炉2へ持ち込まれることはなく

いて被塗物を搬送する第2搬送装置とを別構成と
し、両者間に設けた移載装置によつて被塗物を第
1搬送装置のハンガーから脱荷させて第2搬送装
置へ移載するようにしたので、表面処理工程で使
用された脱脂液や化成液が乾燥炉内へ持ち込まれ
ることがなくなり、被塗物への液付着が防止さ
れ、その結果、次工程である電着塗装時のブツ発

り乾燥工程を順に配設して被塗物の表面処理を行
い水洗後に乾燥させる前処理装置であつて、前記
前処理工程のうち表面処理工程を通過するまで被
塗物を複数の部品で構成されるハンガーに吊掛け
て搬送するとともに、前記表面処理工程のうちの
少なくとも皮膜化成処理工程では、処理液に被塗
物をハンガーとともに浸漬させる第1搬送装置
と、前記水切り乾燥工程において乾燥炉内で被塗
物を搬送する第2搬送装置と、これら第1搬送装
置と第2搬送装置との間に設けられ、被塗物を第
1搬送装置のハンガーから脱荷させて第2搬送装
置に移載する移載装置とを備えていることを特徴
