(Industrial Application Field) The present invention uses cement concrete waste as crushed stone or crushed stone with adjusted particle size (hereinafter referred to as recycled concrete aggregate), which is used in clean water from cleaning unhardened concrete at a ready-mixed concrete factory. This relates to a solidified product obtained by mixing and compacting sludge (hereinafter referred to as fresh concrete wastewater sludge) and blast furnace slag powder as a binder. In other words, even though most of the main raw materials used in the present invention are made of industrial waste, they have sufficient compressive strength and can be used as stabilized roadbeds comparable to stabilized materials made of ordinary cement, lime, etc. A method for producing a solidified product is provided. (Prior art) By the way, it has been said that waste generated during construction work as one type of conventional industrial waste, that is, construction waste, and in particular cement concrete waste, can be reused as aggregate for roadbed materials. However, when using this material alone, only a portion of it is still being reused as a substitute for roadbed materials such as ordinary incised crushed stone or granulated crushed stone, and most of it is Currently, they are disposed of in landfills. (Means for Solving the Problem) For these reasons, the inventors of the present invention have decided to use recycled aggregate, such as cut crushed stone or particle size-adjusted crushed stone, by crushing cement concrete waste, which is industrial waste. A mixture of waste sludge from concrete washing wastewater generated at ready-mixed concrete factories and blast furnace water slag powder as a binder solidifies through a hydration reaction, resulting in excellent durability, strength, and stability. The present invention was completed based on the knowledge that it could be used as a paving roadbed material. The present invention will be explained in detail below. Concrete waste here refers to cement concrete waste that is generated when demolishing and resurfacing cement-concrete paved roads, burying them under road pavement, and demolishing cement-concrete structures such as buildings. say. In addition, recycled concrete aggregate is waste cement concrete aggregate that has been crushed using a crusher such as an impeller breaker or a geo crusher to a size that is less than the specified maximum size, such as the amount that can pass through a 50mm sieve, or it can be used for roads. Particle-size-adjusted crushed stone that has undergone particle size adjustment, etc. within the particle size range of crushed stone. Furthermore, ready-mixed concrete wastewater sludge refers to the wastewater generated when cleaning plant mixers, transport vehicles, etc., or when cleaning aggregates from returned concrete at ready-mixed concrete factories and secondary cement product factories. A sludge whose main component is cement hydrate recovered from, for example, loss on ignition 11-17%, SiO 2 24-31%, Al 2 O 3 5-6.4%,

%, SO 3 0.9 to 1.3%, and is in the form of a slurry, paste, or cake. Blast furnace slag powder is a powder made by rapidly cooling and vitrifying blast furnace slag, such as SiO 2 32-34%, Al 2 O 3 13-16%, Fe 2 O 3 0.4
~1.0%, CaO40~42%, MgO6~8%, and the fineness (Brain) is 2500
~8000cm 2 /g. The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to Examples. Example 1 Here, in order to compare the bearing capacity of the crushed stone whose particle size is adjusted by ordinary mechanically stabilized material and the solidified material of the present invention, a modified CBR test based on the asphalt pavement guidelines was conducted on the one with the cumulative particle size distribution shown in Table 1. was carried out. The results are shown in Table-2.

その結果は表−3に示す通りである。[Table] From the above, it can be seen that the solidified material of the present invention exceeds the value of normal particle size-adjusted crushed stone at the age of 7 days, and the bearing capacity is significantly improved in the long age. By the way, the strength of such solidified materials is generally expressed in terms of unconfined compressive strength, etc. However, since it is not possible to test the unconfined compressive strength of ordinary crushed stone with particle size adjustment, the CBR test, which can be applied to both, is used. was used. The unconfined compressive strength of road pavement materials is set at 20Kg/cm 2 or 30Kg/cm 2 or more in the Asphalt Paving Guidelines, but the solidified material of the present invention sufficiently exceeds these standard values in 7 days. It is something. Example 2 Here, unconfined compressive strength tests according to JIS A 5015 were conducted on mixtures of the present invention with various raw material compositions. The results are shown in Table-3.

Expressed as solid weight.
As shown in Table 3, the mixture of fresh concrete wastewater sludge and blast furnace water slag powder using the binder according to the present invention has a synergistic effect that provides significantly superior strength compared to using each binder alone. I understand that. However, the mixing ratio of the two is approximately 60-35%: concrete wastewater sludge: blast furnace water slag powder: 40-35%
It is desirable that the ratio be in the range of 65%, and even more desirable that it be about 50:50. Further, the greater the amount of the binder added to the recycled concrete aggregate, the higher the strength, but in practice it may be about 4 to 5%, similar to the case with ordinary cement stabilizing materials. Example 3 Here, in comparison with the solidified material according to the present invention, the JIS
A uniaxial compressive strength test was conducted using A5015. The results are shown in Table-4.

It can be seen that the solidified stone is superior in strength to the solidified material obtained by stabilizing the roadbed using the binder according to the present invention. This means that the solidified product of the present invention is
Recycled concrete aggregate not only plays the role of mere aggregate, but also the cement hydrates and unhydrates contained therein react with the binder of the present invention to increase hydraulic properties. It can be said that it shows the effect of being there. By the way, the application of the mixture of the present invention to a roadbed material can be carried out by conventional technical means. By the way, the concrete recycled aggregate according to the present invention cannot prevent the addition of supplementary materials such as crushed stone, crusher run, and sand. (Effects of the Invention) From the above, the solidified material according to the present invention is extremely excellent in strength and stability, and among roadbed materials, roadbed materials for lower layers, which do not originally require such high bearing capacity and strength, are suitable. In addition, it has strength characteristics that are sufficiently suitable as a roadbed material for upper layers. By the way, the strength development effect of the solidified product of the present invention is as follows.
When the main raw materials, recycled concrete aggregate, sludge, and blast furnace water slag, are used alone, hydration reactions (hydraulic properties) hardly occur, but by mixing the three, For the first time, it exhibits effective hydraulic properties. Furthermore, most of the main raw materials used in the present invention are made from industrial waste, and the process for obtaining the solidified product of the present invention is merely a means of crushing, pulverizing, and mixing. Since it is made of wood, it does not require any special equipment and consumes only a small amount of energy, making it extremely economical and resource-saving. be able to. In addition, the solidified material according to the present invention has a slightly slower hardening property than that of stabilized roadbed materials made from ordinary cement or lime, so it has a large suppressing effect on shrinkage cracks that are often seen in the early stage of normal hardening. It can be said that it is a thing. In addition, concrete using recycled aggregates according to the present invention is more porous than ordinary aggregates and uses sludge containing water, so the compaction properties are lower than water content. It can be said that it is not easily affected by fluctuations in construction, is easy to manage construction, and is extremely superior in terms of labor saving.
