Claims (1)
- 生物処理装置とクリーンベンチとを一体化し、
上記生物処理装置と上記クリーンベンチとの隔壁
に植物等を出し入れするための出入口を設けると
ともに上記クリーンベンチの送風機の制御手段と
連動してこの送風機が運転中にのみ上記出入口を
開としうる扉を設けたことを特徴とする生物処理
装置。
