Claims (1)
- 一端側に弁ポートを有する筒体をダイヤフラム
の中央部に取付けて複数の弁を作動させる圧力応
動手段と、前記筒体を貫通し一端側に前記弁ポー
トを開閉する弁体を有し他端側にスプリング受座
を有し中間部にくびれ部を形成した弁軸と、前記
筒体と前記スプリング受座との間に配設したスプ
リングと、前記くびれ部より弁体取付側において
前記弁軸に密着嵌合し前記筒体との間をシールす
るシール部材とを備えた弁装置。
