<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to an inner sealing material used for the mouth of a bottle containing instant coffee or the like. <Prior Art> Conventionally, an inner sealing material has been used at the mouth of a container for instant coffee or the like for the purpose of protecting the contents from moisture. This inner seal material is a laminate consisting of a resealing layer, a peeling layer, and a membrane layer. When the cap is removed, the resealing layer and membrane layer are separated by the peeling layer, and this resealing layer Various efforts have been made to improve the releasability between the membrane layer and the membrane layer. For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-9659, a synthetic resin with a weak affinity for polyethylene is used for the release layer, and as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-48466, a dot-shaped release layer is used. or as shown in Special Publication No. 56-35544,
A release layer using a surfactant is known. <Problems to be solved by the invention> Among the above-mentioned conventional technologies, those that use a resin that has a weak affinity for polyethylene in the release layer adjust the release property from polyethylene depending on the resin used. For this reason, a composition in which a silicone resin or a surfactant or the like is added to the resin is used. However, although these additives certainly have the effect of adjusting the peel strength, they do not improve the slipperiness of the peel interface. In other words, when the inner seal material is opened, the reseal layer and membrane layer are peeled off and separated by turning the cap. At this time, appropriate peel strength and slipperiness are required between the two layers, but conventional inner seals The material had poor slipperiness, which was a problem. Further, it is preferable to use a resin with good heat resistance, such as an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride resin, or a mixture thereof, for the release layer, but since these resins have good heat resistance, they have a high affinity with polyethylene. was extremely weak and could not be used as it was. <Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and includes an inner sealing material comprising a resealing layer, a peeling layer, and a membrane layer, in which the peeling layer is made of polyethylene. For resins that have a weak affinity for
This inner sealing material is characterized by being made of a composition containing 0.05 to 3.0% of silica powder. <Function> The present invention uses a composition in which 0.05 to 3.0% of silica powder is added to a resin with weak affinity for polyethylene for the release layer, thereby substantially reducing the contact area between the release layer and the resealing layer. This increases the peel strength, and the slip properties of the silica powder improve the slip properties at the interface between the release layer and the resealing layer. <Example> An example of the present invention will be described according to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the inner sealing material of the present invention comprises a resealing layer A consisting of a paperboard 1, an adhesive layer 2, a polyethylene layer 3, a peeling layer B, an aluminum foil 5 with printing 4, and a polyethylene layer. 6. This is an inner sealing material made by sequentially laminating membrane layers C made of glassine paper 7. Here, the release layer B is made of a resin that has a weak affinity for polyethylene, such as a nitrocellulose-based, polyamide-based, acrylic-based, rubber-based, polyester-based, polyurethane-based, or polyvinyl chloride-based resin, and 0.05% of silica powder is added to the resin. ~3.0%, preferably 0.1~
A composition containing 0.5% is used. The amount of silica powder added is appropriately set depending on the resin used, but if it is approximately 3.0% or more, the peel strength becomes too strong, which is not preferable. Moreover, if it is less than 0.05%, the desired effect cannot be obtained. The effects of the present invention are particularly significant when the resin used is acrylic, vinyl chloride, or a mixture thereof. <Test example> Acrylic/
A release layer was provided by coating a composition in which 0.3% (weight ratio) of silica powder was added to a vinyl chloride mixed resin. Furthermore, a polyethylene layer was provided on the release layer, a breast plug cardboard was provided via an adhesive layer, a resealing layer was formed, and the inner sealing material according to the present invention was punched out into a predetermined shape. As comparative examples, a release layer having the above structure in which silica powder was not added (Comparative Example 1) and a release layer using a nitrocellulose resin (Comparative Example 2) were prepared. The above three types of inner seal materials were evaluated in terms of peel strength, unsealability, and workability during production of the inner seal materials.

である。[Table] <Effects of the invention> Since the inner sealing material according to the invention has the above-mentioned structure, it has good slippage and ease of opening when opened, and also has appropriate peel strength between the resealing layer and the membrane layer. This is an excellent inner seal material that does not cause the resealing layer and membrane layer to separate when making the inner seal, especially during punching.
