特徴とする。(Means for Solving the Problems of the Invention) The gist of the present invention to achieve the above object is to provide a set of left and right sprocket shafts installed on both sides of a sprocket shaft pivotally supported at the lower end of a post of a bucket elevator for a continuous unloader. In the impeller for excavation, which is installed concentrically with the sprocket on the outside of the sprocket, the impeller for excavation is attached to the outside of the sprocket, and the circle protects the engagement portion between the sprocket and the chain. A plate, and a plurality of pairs of excavation blades formed in a pocket shape with the front part opened in the radial direction of the disc on the side of the impeller rotation direction and the rear part closed, and the excavation blade is The excavating blade is characterized in that a chute is formed on the excavating blade for guiding the loose material scraped by the blade to the bucket side through the hole formed between the ribs of the sprocket.

At least three plate members 7b, 7c, and 7d forming a plurality of pairs of pocket-shaped excavation blades whose front part on the impeller rotation direction side is open in the radial direction of the disk outside a and whose rear part is closed. The pocket-shaped excavation blade is inserted into the hole 6a of the driven sprocket 6.
It is located at a position corresponding to The inner end of the pocket-shaped excavation blade is connected to the hole 7e made in the disc 7a.
Conventionally, an opening is opened between the ribs of the sprocket 6, and a chute 8 connected to the plate 7c and having an inclination angle of α 3 is formed in this part to ensure that the bulk material scooped by the excavation blade is dumped into the bucket. It is configured to guide you to the side.

In addition to reliably protecting the sprocket 6, the rotation of the impeller 7, which rotates in unison with the sprocket 6, allows the loose material scooped into the blades to be dumped into the disc 7a via the chute 8. The action of guiding the ball from hole 7e to the bucket side through hole 6a formed between the ribs of sprocket 6 is performed.

The bulk material on the other side is reliably excavated and guided to the bucket side through a hole made in the disc 7a via the chute 8 and between the ribs of the sprocket 6.

能率向上に極めて有効である。(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, in the present invention, the excavation blade is formed into a pocket shape, so that the loose material scraped into the excavation blade is reliably guided to the bucket side without leaking from the excavation blade. Ru. Therefore, as in the past, when loose materials are scraped toward the bucket side,
The driven chain wheel no longer experiences resistance from loose objects, and there is no longer a need for a larger drive source.
Regardless of front or side excavation of the elevator, the clearance angle formed on the excavation blade reduces the resistance caused by contact with bulk materials, which not only improves excavation performance but also reduces wear on the excavation blade. Moreover, since the excavated bulk material is reliably guided to the bucket side, it is extremely effective in improving the efficiency of the unloader.
