Conventionally, in addition to the cushion pad made of a single material, the seat cushion pad has a first cushion member 2 of an appropriate thickness made of a synthetic resin material such as slab urethane, as shown in FIG.
and a second cushion member 3 laminated on the lower surface side of the first cushion member 2 with a hot melt sheet 4 interposed therebetween, thereby obtaining a cushion pad 1 with good sensitivity and surface feel. It is done like this.

However, in the conventional manufacturing method, the hot melt sheet 4 is expensive, which causes an increase in product cost, and when the hot melt sheet 4 has pinholes etc., the second cushion member 2 is attached to the first cushion member 2. The stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding the member 3 is impregnated through this pinhole,
Cushion pads 1 having partially different hardnesses are molded, and there is a risk that a large number of defective products will be formed.
Further, since the hot melt sheet 4 has the purpose of preventing impregnation, it does not have air permeability, and therefore the air permeability of the sheet is significantly inhibited. Furthermore, the first cushion member 2 is placed upside down in the lower die of a foam mold, and a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding the second cushion member 3 is injected into the back side of the first cushion member 2. However, when performing foam molding under specified foaming conditions, foamed synthetic resin debris called urethane bread is generated from the vent hole of the upper mold, and processing of this urethane bread is complicated and hinders improvement of work efficiency. However, the cushion pad 1 having a uniform quality of molded product cannot be obtained.

ものである。 An object of the present invention is to provide excellent seating and surface feel, and to be able to join a first and second cushion member without using an expensive hotmel sheet.
There is no risk that the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin for molding the cushion member will form so-called urethane bread through the belt hole of the foam mold, and the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin can be used effectively, and the processing of the urethane bread can be done easily. To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet cushion pad which is not necessary to carry out the above steps and is excellent in economic efficiency.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and a first cushion member having air permeability and first cushioning properties is attached to the upper mold of a foam mold, and a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is poured into the foam mold. A second material having second cushioning properties is injected into the lower mold of the foam mold.
In the manufacturing method of a sheet cushion pad, the first cushion member is integrally molded with the first cushion member, and the first cushion member is bonded to an air-permeable resin felt layer formed in advance into a desired shape; attaching the cushion member of No. 1 to the upper mold while maintaining the desired shape;
Next, a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is injected into the lower die of the foam mold, and foaming gas and air generated when foam-molding the second cushion member are passed through the resin felt layer and the first cushion member. The method is characterized in that the second cushion member is foam-molded in a state in which the resin is discharged from the foaming mold through a vent hole in the upper mold and the foamed synthetic resin stock solution can be impregnated into the resin felt layer.

According to the method of the present invention, the first
A first cushion member having a cushioning property of The second cushion member is attached to the mold, and then the stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is injected into the lower mold of the foam mold to form the second cushion member. Therefore, the foaming gas and air generated during the foam molding of the second cushion member are eliminated. It can be passed through the breathable resin felt layer and the breathable first cushion member and discharged out of the foaming mold from the vent hole of the upper mold, and the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin is impregnated into the resin felt layer. The second cushion member can be foam-molded in any possible state, and the first and second cushion members can be joined via a resin felt layer.

The above is an embodiment of the method for producing a cushion pad of a sheet according to the present invention. According to this method, the elasticity of the breathable resin felt layer, which has been formed into a desired shape in advance, is utilized. The first cushion member is set in the upper die of a foam mold to maintain its shape, and then the second cushion member is foam molded, and during the foam molding of the second cushion member, the resin felt layer is ventilated. As it has the properties of foaming, it is possible to easily discharge foaming gas, air, etc. from the belt hole, and there is no generation of foamed synthetic resin waste from the vent hole, and the undiluted solution of foamed synthetic resin can be used effectively. To obtain a method for manufacturing a sheet cushion pad which can improve work efficiency without requiring processing work for synthetic resin waste, has a good surface feel, can increase support function, and is excellent in economic efficiency.
