Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶剤ガスの吸着手段を備えた吸着機構と、
この吸着機構の吸引部に一端を連結するとともに
他端を溶剤付着の被洗浄物に臨ませて位置する吸
引口とした吸引管と、吸着機構の処理ガスの排出
部に一端を連結するとともに他端を溶剤付着の被
洗浄物を介して吸引口に臨ませる噴出口とした排
出管とから成る事を特徴とする被洗浄物の付着溶
剤回収装置。 (2) 吸着機構は、溶剤を吸着し得る吸着物質を
備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の被洗浄物の付着溶剤回収装置。 (3) 吸着機構は、溶剤を凝縮し得る冷却手段を
備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の被洗浄物の付着溶剤回収装置。 (4) 吸引管の吸引口には、広幅の吸引受枠を備
えたものであることを特徴とする請求項１記載の
