This is a slicer used for slicing pine loom.

る)。(Prior art and its problems) Generally, if the pine room m is sliced in the horizontal direction, it will become a mere disk shape.
As shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 4a and 4b, commercial value cannot be recognized unless the material is cut in the longitudinal direction (normally, the material a is called a button and the material b is a hole to distinguish them).

In particular, in the case of a hole, the floating attitude becomes random, and not only is it impossible to control the attitude, but the transport efficiency is also extremely poor.

まう不都合がある。 The latter device uses an endless belt to transport the shiitake mushrooms to the slicer.
Shiitake mushrooms are disc-shaped with a large diameter, so there is no need to worry about them turning sideways on the belt. However, when using this device to slice pine looms, the pine looms have a round shape, so they always stay upright. It becomes impossible to maintain this position, and the belt falls between the tip end of the belt and the grooved roller, causing the belt to be oriented in an irregular direction.
従つて、マツシユルームのスライス形状に均一

(b) The top of the grooved roller 2 is positioned higher than the conveying end surface of the belt 15, and (c) the fall prevention plate 16 is arranged between the two.

m'' is transported as it is, but it is placed sideways, that is, with the circumference of the umbrella part standing upright on the belt.
m′ cannot respond to the fast circulation speed of the belt and begins to rotate in the opposite direction to the direction of movement, eventually colliding with other mash looms and falling down, and is transported in the same way as other vertically oriented mash looms m″. (See Figure 5).

ーラ2に当接する。 In the case of the hole type, the pine loom m is often placed sideways or diagonally on the belt 15 (see FIG. 8), but most of it rolls on the belt 15 in the direction of the arrow. The pine loom m which has escaped from the belt 15 while still facing sideways or diagonally comes into contact with the grooved roller 2 when it gets on the fall prevention plate.

When the pine loom m collides with the roller 2, the pine loom m is pulled up from the handle side.

Furthermore, since there is no need to manually place a mash loom on the belt, there is an advantage that the slicing work can be simplified and work efficiency can be greatly improved.
