[Detailed description of the invention] "Purpose of the invention" The present invention relates to the invention of a liquid surface cushioning material, which prevents the generation of noise on the water surface of a cooling tower or the like where water flows or drops of water fall, and also prevents the generation of splashes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simple and low-cost water surface cushioning material that can suppress turbulence on the water surface.

Conventional technology Water is generally used for heat exchange without cooling in air conditioning equipment, etc., and such water flows down as drops or trickles in a cooling tower. Sometimes it makes noise and also creates droplets. Therefore, a number of cushioning materials have been proposed and put into practice in the past for mitigating the force of the water when the liquid is dripping or flowing down, thereby preventing the generation of noise and splashes.

In other words, a plate-shaped body made of synthetic fibers in an irregularly decomposed state and bound with a resin binder is set at the liquid level, and water flow or water droplets pass through the slowly decomposed structure of the synthetic fibers, adhere to them, and flow down. By doing so, it is possible to reach the liquid level in a state where the falling speed is completely eliminated, and a state where no noise and splashes are generated can be achieved.

However, such a synthetic fiber material itself has a specific gravity of 1 or more and will sink in water, so in order to set it in a state where it will not sink on the water surface, it must be suspended by some means just above the water surface. Alternatively, it is necessary to attach a buoyancy member to make it float, and for this purpose, what has been conventionally employed is as shown in FIG. 10
The tissue body 10 is attached to the bottom surface of the liquid by suitable fixing means 12, and the tissue body 10 is held on the liquid surface by the buoyancy of the block body 11.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the case shown in FIG. 4 described above, fixing means 12 such as a pin or connecting rod made of synthetic resin and a nut-shaped member for fixing are separately prepared together with the block body 11. In addition, the work of inserting and fixing a plurality of the fixing means into each block body 11 to be attached requires additional work, which increases the number of man-hours. It has to be expensive.

Function The foamed synthetic resin linear material has buoyancy due to its foam structure. Therefore, by setting the cross-fastening layer on the liquid surface as the bottom surface, a synthetic fiber slow-relaxation structure made of synthetic fiber material with a specific gravity larger than the liquid can be created. It is positioned substantially floating above the liquid surface.

The synthetic fiber decomposition structure, which is positioned floating above the liquid surface as described above, prevents water and other substances dripping or flowing down on the liquid surface from falling directly onto the liquid surface and generating noise and splashes. As mentioned above, water or other liquids dripping or flowing down are received by the synthetic fiber decomposition tissue, and slowly reach the liquid surface through the tissue.

Further, the product of the present invention, which is set by floating on the liquid surface as described above, always maintains the above-mentioned relative position by following fluctuations in the liquid level such as rising or falling of the liquid level.

The boundary between the slowly loosening structure and the intersecting and fastening layer does not need to be precisely demarcated, and even if the boundary layer does not precisely align with the liquid level in the floating body as described above, the above-mentioned action is appropriate. It is clear that this will be achieved.

EXAMPLE To explain a specific embodiment of the invention as described above, as shown in the attached drawings, in the present invention, the synthetic fiber material can be fastened with a resin binder or a latex diameter binder in an irregularly relaxed state. In particular, the use of the synthetic fiber loosening structure 1 in which the binder gathers at the intersections of the bent and loosened fibers and fastens them to form an integral bond is similar to the conventional structure described above, but in the present invention, As shown in FIG. 1, an intersecting and fastening layer 2 of foamed synthetic resin linear material 4 is integrally laminated on one side of such a synthetic fiber slow-release structure 1.

Specifically, to manufacture a cylindrical cooling tower with a diameter of 1 m or more, as shown in Figure 2, multiple fan-shaped pieces are combined in a planar manner to create the desired buffer. However, if the foamed synthetic resin linear material 4 described above is fragile due to its foamed structure, and if the binding force of the binder tends to be insufficient, then the outer surface of the intersecting fastening layer 2 may be further coated. A mesh material 3 made of resin or other material is attached to prevent the wire material 4 from breaking or breaking.

As the fiber material for forming the above-described slowly decomposing tissue body 1, vinyl, nylon, vinylidene, etc. having a thickness of about 0.2 to 1 mm is used, and this material is brought into a relaxed state and the binder is attached by spraying or dipping. The agreement will be concluded. Further, the above-mentioned foamed synthetic resin linear material 4 is a foamed polystyrene linear material having a thickness of about 2 to 8 mm or more, which is manufactured as a packing filler as is known, and is especially used for the purpose of packing. The latter ones are used effectively. That is, as shown in Fig. 1, this material is a molded material bent by foaming, and is lightweight and has an appropriate cushioning effect.
It exhibits buoyancy due to its closed-pore foam structure, and by placing the intersecting fastening layer 2 formed by this structure on the water surface with the lower surface, the slow-release structure 1 is always positioned above the water surface. Noise generation and splash generation due to falling or dripping can be accurately prevented.

Although it is natural that the decomposition structure 1 and the intersecting fastening layer 2 can be obtained by bonding the separately molded ones, an advantageous manufacturing method is to use a synthetic fiber material 7 and a linear material. By using the specific gravity sorting effect of air, that is, by sequentially feeding the material mixed with 4 onto the mesh belt conveyor via an air layer, the fibrous materials 7 with high specific gravity are preferentially gathered in the lower layer,
The wire material 4, which has a small specific gravity, is mostly deposited on the surface layer due to the air resistance when falling through the air, and a preferable stratified state can be formed if wind power or the like is used appropriately during the supply. In this way, the materials 7 and 4 are deposited in substantially separate layers (however, the boundaries may intersect), and the binder as described above is sprayed on the materials transferred by the conveyor, and the materials are appropriately reticulated. To easily and mass-produce a two-layer structure as shown in the figure in a single process by employing a method in which the binder is suctioned and deposited deep within the layer using the suction action on the bottom surface of the belt conveyor. I can do it. In other words, by inverting the product manufactured with the intersecting fastening layer 2 of the linear members 4 on the upper side and using it as the lower side, it can be used as a preferable water shock absorbing material as described above according to the present invention.

It is clear that the device according to the present invention as described above is preferable for use in the above-mentioned purposes of preventing splashing and noise generation in cooling towers, but it is also suitable for suppressing vibrations on the water surface (generation of ripples). It can also be used appropriately for various purposes. In other words, it is clear that the reaction liquid is subtly affected by waves on the surface of the liquid supplied to the printing plate cylinder, like dampening water, and in such cases, this product is adopted for the droplet of the supply liquid. This results in a stable ripple or vibration suppression and cancellation effect.

``Effect of the invention'' As explained above, according to the invention, the decomposing tissue of fibers is positioned in a stable state on the liquid surface, and it always effectively follows fluctuations in the liquid level, thereby achieving accurate noise reduction and droplet prevention effects. In addition, it does not require special assembly parts or assembly man-hours, and has the effects of being able to easily obtain the desired product and being low cost. This is a great idea.
