Claims (1)
- 液晶表示素子を構成するガラス基板上に、入出
力信号端子を有する液晶表示素子駆動ＩＣチツプ
を搭載し、液晶表示素子の電極を形成するＩＴＯ
膜を延出してそのＩＣチツプの出力端子に接続し
た液晶表示装置において、金属配線を形成した配
線用基板を液晶表示素子のガラス基板に接合し、
金属配線を液晶表示素子駆動ＩＣチツプの入力端
子に、ＩＴＯ膜を前記チツプの出力端子に接続し
て、外部からの入力信号を前記チツプへ金属配線
を介して通電し、前記チツプの出力信号を液晶表
示素子の電極へＩＴＯ膜を介して通電することを
特徴とする液晶表示装置。
