Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb a noise of a train by fastening a bulkhead in parallel with a strut, on an upper surface of a support part of a rail composed of the strut on the lower side of a contact on which an iron wheel abuts, and of the wide support part situated on the lower side of the strut, and by filling a sound absorbing material in a space part between the rail and the bulkhead. CONSTITUTION:On an upper surface of a support part 3 of a rail R composed of a strut 2 that extends to the lower side of a contact 1 on which an iron wheel of a train abuts, and of a wide support part 3 situated on the lower side of the strut 2, a bulkhead 5 running upward almost in parallel with the strut 2 is fastened. On a space part surrounded by the rail R and the bulkhead 5, a sound absorbing material 7 is filled, so as to form a soundproofing device of a track. As the sound absorbing material 7, a liquid such as oil or water, or a granular body such as sand and rubber particle is used, by which contact between an iron wheel of a train and a rail R, as well as noise due to the vibration of the rail R are absorbed.

The railway rails that have been commonly used in the past are the 4th rails.
As shown in the cross-sectional view of the figure, there is a contact part 1 that the iron wheels of the train come into contact with while rotating, a support part 2 connected to the lower side of this contact part 1, and a wide support part 3 located below this support part 3. The support part 3 is firmly fixed to a sleeper (not shown) with dog nails or the like.

It is known that when a train runs at high speed on such regular rails, a large amount of noise is generated outward due to the contact between the steel wheels and the rails and the vibrations of the rails. Since noise pollution causes noise pollution to surrounding residents, measures such as installing soundproof walls along the rails, improving the vertical grain of the rails, and incorporating noise reduction mechanisms have not been considered in the past.

As shown in FIG. 5, the support section 2 and support section 3 of the rail
A means for coating the outer surface of the vibration isolating material 4 such as synthetic resin is adopted. By covering with such a vibration isolating material 4, it is possible to suppress at least some noise caused by the vibration of the rail.

However, conventional soundproofing measures for tracks, such as installing soundproof walls, improving rail joints, and incorporating noise reduction mechanisms, have limited noise prevention effects, especially on Shinkansen trains. Other high-speed railways have been unable to clear the minimum noise level of 80 phon, creating a problem in which they create loud noises that threaten the health of nearby residents.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, even in an example in which the outer surfaces of the rail support section 2 and support section 3 are coated with a vibration isolating material 4 such as a synthetic resin, vibrations caused by rail vibration may occur. It is impossible to effectively suppress the generation of such noise, and the problem is that the noise pollution continues to be dispersed.

ShoyaAccording to such a track soundproofing method and device, when noise is generated due to contact between the iron wheels of the train and the rail and vibration of the rail during high-speed running of the train, this noise is transmitted to the support section. Sound is efficiently absorbed based on the effect of the sound-absorbing material filled between the rail and the bulkhead that extends upward in a substantially parallel manner, making it possible to reduce the noise emitted to the outside, making it ideal for high-speed railways. However, it is possible to clear the minimum noise level of 80 phon.

Further, a waterproof material made of a rubber plate or the like is stretched inside the partition wall, and the sound absorbing material is made of a liquid such as oil or water or a granular material such as sand grains or rubber grains. Further, the pillars constituting the rail are divided into two parts, the spacing between the pillars is kept constant, and a sound absorbing material is filled in the hollow part formed between the two pillars. Alternatively, since the inside of the hollow part is kept in a vacuum state, the following effects are brought about. In other words, even when noise is generated due to contact between the iron wheels of the train and the rails and vibrations of the rails when the train is running at high speed, this noise is generated between the rail and the bulkhead that extends upward approximately parallel to the support section. Since sound is effectively absorbed based on the action of the sound-absorbing material filled in, it is possible to reduce the noise emitted to the outside, and even in the case of high-speed railways, it is possible to reduce the noise level to the minimum level. It becomes possible to clear a certain 80 phon.
