【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係るルーパ糸制御装置を備え
た偏平縫いミシンの斜視図、第２〜４図はルーパ
糸制御装置の拡大した斜視図で、第２図は糸の繰
込みが行われるとき、第３図は糸の繰出しが行わ
れるとき、第４図は糸制御装置に糸が巻付いた状
態を示す。第５図は糸制御装置に設置される糸巻
付き防止装置の断面図、第６図は糸巻付き防止装
置の別の態様を示す断面図、第７図は他の態様の
断面図、第８図は従来の糸制御装置の斜視図を示
す。 ２……下軸、３……取付台、６……糸繰り台、
７……糸制御カム、９……糸道、１１……ルーパ
糸、１４……ルーパ、１５……押え板、１９……
板バネ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スリツトを形成した糸繰り台と、回転軸に固定
    されて該軸の回転に従つてスリツトよりの突出量
    が変化する糸制御カムと、糸制御カムの両側に配
    置される糸道とよりなり、糸供給源よりルーパー
    に至る糸供給経路上に配置されるミシンの糸制御
    装置において、糸供給源から糸制御カムに至る上
    記糸供給経路を挟んで、一方に押え板、他方にカ
    ツターを配置し、上記糸制御カムのスリツトより
    の突出量が増加し、上記糸制御カムによつて糸が
    繰り込まれるときに押え板とカツターとが離隔し
    、スリツトよりの突出量が減少し、上記糸制御カ
    ムからルーパーに繰り込まれた糸が繰り出される
    ときに押え板とカツターとで糸を挟むように、押
    え板とカツターの内少なくとも一方を上記糸制御
    カムに同期して往復動させることを特徴とするミ
    シンのルーパー糸制御装置への糸巻付き防止装置
    。
