ない。 This type of buckle stalk has the rigidity to stand on its own at all times and hold the buckle body in a predetermined position on the side of the seat, and when worn, it follows the movement of the wearer's body and moves to the seat. It is necessary to have appropriate flexibility so that the belt can be fitted. Furthermore, when a large load is applied to the seat belt due to an accident or the like, it must have enough strength to reliably support the load.

The one described in Publication No.-106861 is known. In this item, a stalk body is constructed by covering webbing with loops formed at both ends with a covering member, an anchor member is attached to the lower end of the stalk body, and a buckle body is attached to the upper end of the stalk body. An extension piece is formed on the base plate of the frame of the buckle body, and the stalk body is held between the extension piece and the cover.

There would be no problem if the covering member that slipped out when the load was removed returned to its predetermined position within the buckle, but it would not completely return to its original position due to frictional resistance. Moreover, there is a possibility that this process is repeated and the covering member falls off from the buckle.

The webbing gets damaged and loses its strength, and the buckle becomes loose, making it difficult to put on and take off the seatbelt.

である。 The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and when a load is applied to the buckle, part of the load is transmitted to the sheathing member, the sheathing member is also stretched together with the webbing, and there is a gap between the sheathing member and the webbing. The purpose is to prevent slippage.

In a buckle stalk in which one loop is attached to a buckle body and the other loop is attached to an anchor member, the frame of the buckle body forms an extension portion extending in the direction of the buckle stalk body, and the covering member is attached to the buckle stalk. At least a portion close to the buckle body is shaped like a bellows having a plurality of unevenness, and the extension portion is inserted from the end of the covering member along the webbing, so that a part of the cover of the buckle body is attached to the buckle stalk body. It is characterized in that it covers the terminal part and fits into a recess in the unevenness of the covering member, and the webbing and the extension part are sandwiched between the cover and the covering member.

The frame 11 has a bottom plate 12 and side plates 13 erected on both sides of the bottom plate 12. Both ends of a retaining member 14 inserted through the loop 8 of the webbing 6 are supported by the side plate 13, and the webbing 6 The frame 11 supports the load in the tensile direction applied to the frame 11. Further, the end of the bottom plate 12 is extended in the direction of the buckle stalk body 1 to form an extension 15, and the extension 15 is slightly bent to fit along the webbing 6.

うになつている。 21 is a covering member that covers the webbing 6. The covering member 21 is a flat cylindrical member made of plastic such as polyvinyl chloride,
It is formed into a bellows-like shape with a plurality of concavities and convexities. In the present invention, it is sufficient that at least the end of the covering member 21 on the side where the buckle body 5 is attached is formed into a bellows shape, but it is preferable to form it into a bellows shape over almost the entire length as shown in the figure. . An anchor cover portion 23 is formed at the end of the covering member 21 on the side where the anchor member 3 is attached via a bellows-shaped bent portion 22. After the anchor member 3 is fixed to the vehicle body 10, the anchor cover portion 23 The anchor member 3 and the bolt 9 are covered with the anchor member 3 and the bolt 9.

The extension portion 15 of the frame 11 is inserted from the end of the covering member 21 inside. Then, the locking portion 24 of the cover 16 and the locking portion 25 protruding from the inner surface of the front cover member 17 fit into the recess 26 of the unevenness of the covering member 21, and the extension portion 15 and the webbing are connected to each other through the covering member 21. 6 is held in between.

Even when a large load is applied to the seat belt 4 and a tensile force is applied to the webbing 6, causing it to stretch, the buckle main body 5 will not hold the cover 16.
Since the covering member 21 is stretched by applying a tensile force through the webbing 6 and the covering member 21, there is no slippage between the webbing 6 and the covering member 21, and the assembled state is always maintained. Therefore, the covering member 21 will not partially slip out of the buckle body 5 or fall off from the buckle body 5, and the attachment portion between the buckle stalk body 1 and the buckle body 5 will not be rattled.

く支えることができる。 In addition, the extension part 15 of the frame 11 is the webbing 6
Since the extension part 15 and the webbing 6 are inserted into the covering member 21 along the same direction, and the extension part 15 and the webbing 6 are integrally held together by the cover 16, there is no possibility that the buckle stalk main body 1 and the buckle main body 5 are attached to each other locally excessively. It is not bent, and since the bellows-like unevenness absorbs the bending that occurs in the part, excessive strain is not applied locally. Therefore, it is not necessary to extend the reinforcing core member along the entire length of the webbing 6 as in the previous embodiment, and the buckle body 5 can always be supported correctly.

ることができる。 Furthermore, by forming bellows-like unevenness on the covering member 21 over its entire length as shown in the figure, the flexibility of the buckle stalk body 1 is good, and the covering member 21 is prevented from being locally concentrated. The durability of the seat belt is improved, and even when the buckle stalk main body 1 is extended due to a load being applied to the seat belt, the covering member 21 can easily follow the extension.
