【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、壜体の搬送装置に関するものであつ
て、合成樹脂製の壜体を横臥姿勢から自重による
落下を利用して起立させて、所定方向に搬送する
ものである。

うしの接触により損傷することもなく、起立姿勢
で上下両端部がスクリユにより保持されているの
で、長物壜体や球状底の壜体を安定した起立状態
で搬送できる等多くの優れた効果を発揮するもの
である。

体を搬送する上位スクリユと、該上位スクリユと
共働して下位コンベア上の壜体を起立姿勢を保持
しながら搬送する下位スクリユとの、前記両コン
ベアの一側に配置された上下一対のスクリユと、
前記両コンベア上からの壜体の転落を防止すべく
前記両コンベアの他側に設けられた規制板とから
成り、 前記上位スクリユのスクリユ溝を、前記コンベ
ア側において搬送方向に下降傾斜した姿勢とする
と共に、前記上位コンベアに対向する前半部分に
おいては壜体の胴部の高さ幅よりもやや大きい溝
幅を有し、前記下位コンベアに対向する後半部分
においては壜体の胴部の太さ幅よりもやや大きい

リユ溝を、前記下位コンベア側において搬送方向
