Conventional cold-weather gloves are made by laminating a waterproof outer glove and a heat-retaining inner glove with adhesive, but this type of cold-weather glove requires a lot of man-hours to bond. The production efficiency is low, resulting in high costs, and since adhesive is used for bonding, the working environment is deteriorated due to the presence of solvents. Furthermore, the adhesive part peels off during use of the winter gloves, making it difficult to put on and take off the gloves.

That is, a knitted or woven fabric made of cotton, chemical fiber, or synthetic fiber, a urethane foam sheet layer, a knitted or woven cotton fabric, and a layer of vinyl chloride or urethane are sequentially laminated from the inside to form an integral structure. Cold weather gloves: Cutting a foam base fabric made of urethane foam with knitted fabric or woven fabric laminated on both sides and sewing gloves;
In this method, the glove is placed over an aluminum hand mold, and then the surface thereof is coated with vinyl chloride plastisol, emulsion-based urethane, or rubber latex, and heat treated to produce cold-protective gloves having a layer of vinyl chloride or urethane on the surface.

The thickness of the urethane foam sheet layer of the foam base fabric in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is 1.5 to 5.0.
It is preferable to have a diameter of about 1.0 mm, and a base fabric is bonded to both sides of the base fabric. The inside surface that comes in contact with the hands is made of cotton.
Knitted or woven fabrics made of either chemical fibers or synthetic fibers can be laminated, and raised fabrics may also be used. Since it is necessary to directly coat the surface of the opposite side with vinyl chloride, urethane, rubber, etc., a knitted or woven fabric made of cotton is suitable.

The winter gloves of the present invention as described above have the following effects and have great industrial utility value. In other words, since the foam base fabric is used, it is possible to continuously produce cold protection gloves by directly coating them with vinyl chloride, urethane, rubber, etc., which improves productivity and reduces costs. .

Additionally, since the bonding process using adhesives was eliminated, it contributed to improvements in the work environment and safety. Also, since it uses foam base fabric, it has excellent heat retention.
By adjusting the thickness of the foam sheet layer, it has the advantage that it can also be used for vibration isolation.
