Furthermore, recently there has been a trend to wash walls, which has accelerated the deterioration of decorative coatings, which has the disadvantage of exposing rust to decorative surfaces. Moreover, when it deteriorates, it must be repainted, and it has the disadvantage that its adhesion to the base and weather resistance are significantly lower than the initial decorative coating.

、ALC。EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the panel based on this invention is demonstrated in detail using drawing. FIG. 1 is a representative example of the above-mentioned panel A, which has a sandwich structure consisting of a top surface material, a core material 7, and a back surface material 8. To explain further, the surface material is a plate material having male and female connecting portions 4.5 and a decorative surface portion 3, and its materials include, for example, Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet, and colored steel sheet. , enameled steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet, clad steel sheet, sandwich steel sheet, etc., are formed by press molding, extrusion molding, roll forming, etc. Panel A shown in Fig. 1 has a decorative surface part 3, a male type connection A portion 4 and a female connecting portion 5 are formed. More specifically, a peelable film layer 6 is provided on the surface material, for example, in the case of a colored steel sheet, a peelable film layer 6 is provided on a base 2 including a galvanized steel sheet, a chemical conversion coating, an undercoat, and a topcoat. That is, the coating layer 6 is prepared by cleaning the surface of the base 2, applying the coating layer 6 in liquid form to this without being affected by the shape of the base 2, and then gradually hardening until the final film thickness is 5 to 5. It has a diameter of about 1000 microns and can be peeled off in the form of a film. Raw materials include water-based paints in which acrylic monomers are graft-polymerized onto an epoxy resin skeleton, vinyl acetate-based paints, water-based saturated polyesters, alkyd paints, acrylic polymers, vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropene-based paints,
Acrylic lacquer, melamine, polystyrene, ABS
, vinyl chloride, melamine, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, ethylene, propylene, diene rubber, cellulose acetate, etc. Incidentally, between the decorative surface portion 3 and the coating layer 6, there is interposed a seek material layer or a treatment material layer whose adhesiveness deteriorates over time due to a suitable viscosity. The core material 7 is made of synthetic resin foam such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, polyimide foam, etc., and flame retardants (borates, borates, etc.) are added to these synthetic resin foams.
silicates, phosphates, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloons, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass peas, etc.), fibrous materials (long and short fibers), etc., in coarse or dense form. Mixed products, products made by coating pearlite with phenol foam powder and foaming it by heating and pressurizing it, gypsum board, rock wool board, glass wool board, ALC.

The backing material 8 is made of one type of kraft paper, aluminum kraft paper, noncombustible paper, etc., and contributes to preventing the core material 7 from leaking to the outside from the surface material and increasing the strength.

First, the base 2 (approximately 20 microns of unsaturated polyester baked on) of the decorative panel (0.8 m deep, embossed surface with a random pattern) formed on the panel as shown in Figure 1 was washed, and this surface was coated with acrylic and vinegar. Apply vinyl-based paint (water-based) with a viscosity of 300CP/20°C to the entire surface with a spray gun or brush, and then heat to 50°C.
The sample was passed through a curing oven for 1 minute to achieve apparent curing. Of course, even if it is dried and cured at room temperature, it can be produced satisfactorily as long as the work efficiency is not considered. The thickness of this coating layer 6 was 0.5 mm+. Note that the color of the base 2 was somewhat less vivid due to concealment. This panel A had no damage to the decorative surface portion 3 during delivery, and in particular, none of the panels broke through the base 2 to reach the galvanized layer. Further, after 1000 hours of accelerated weather resistance test (JIS-K-5400), the gloss decreased to 60% and the stain was severe, so an attempt was made to peel off the coating layer 6. At this time, the coating layer 6 became a film and could be peeled off. Therefore, the base 2 was intact and the decorative surface part 3 was as good as new without fading. Of course, this decorative surface part 3 is washed again, another paint is applied, and it is hardened to form a new decorative surface part 3.
