Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内・外輪のいずれか一方の軌道輪に固定さ
れて他方の軌道輪との間を密封する密封板を有す
る転がり軸受の密封装置において、前記一方の軌
道輪に固定された密封板の反固定側の周縁部には
、肉厚を薄くしたくびれ部と、該くびれ部に続き
、少なくとも軸方向の外方に向かつて延びた外側
リツプと軸方向の内方に向つて延びた内側リツプ
とを有する弾性シール部が形成されており、該外
側リツプが、他方の軌道輪の周面に形成された断
面略U字状の周溝の外側周面と接し、内側リツプ
が周溝の内周壁と接しており、前記密封板の外側
壁とシール間隙をもつてスリンガーが前記他方の
軌道輪か回転輪のいずれか一方に装着されてなる
ことを特徴とする転がり軸受の密封装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
内輪に装着されたスリンガーの自由端は密封板の
肉厚を薄くしたくびれ部に対応する湾曲部が形成
されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受の密封装
置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
スリンガーが内輪の外側周面に形成された段部に
装着され、該スリンガーの自由端は肉厚を薄くし
たくびれ部に対応する湾曲部が形成されているこ
とを特徴とする転がり軸受の密封装置。
