係を示す要部拡大図、第３図は従来の密封形転が
り軸受の縦断面図である。 １１，１２：軌道輪、１３：密封板、１２２：
外側周面、１２２ａ：外側壁、１２３：内側壁、
１２４：底壁、１３２：くびれ部、１３３：外側
リツプ、１３４：内側リツプ、１３５：弾性膨大
部。
図、第２図は第１図における周溝とリツプとの関
係を示す要部拡大図、第３図は従来の密封形転が
り軸受の縦断面図である。 １１，１２：軌道輪、１３：密封板、１２２：
外側周面、１２２ａ：外側壁、１２３：内側壁、
１２４：底壁、１３２：くびれ部、１３３：外側
リツプ、１３４：内側リツプ、１３５：弾性膨大
部。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外輪または内輪のいずれか一方の軌道輪に
固定されて他方の軌道輪との間を密封する密封板
を有する密封形転がり軸受において、前記一方の
軌道輪に固定された密封板の反固定側の周縁部に
は、肉厚を薄くしたくびれ部と、該くびれ部に続
き軸方向の外方に向つて伸びた外側リツプと軸方
向の内方に向つて伸びた内側リツプとを有する弾
性膨大部を備え、前記密封板との間に密封部を形
成する他方の軌道輪には、断面がほゞＵ字形状を
した溝を有し、前記密封板の外側リツプが周溝の
外側周面と接し、内側リツプが周溝の内側壁と接
し、かつ、前記膨大部のもつリツプ間の周面が周
溝の外側壁及び底壁との間に所望のシール隙間を
もつて対向してなる密封形転がり軸受。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
外側リツプの接触圧が内側リツプの接触圧よりも
大であることを特徴とする密封形転がり軸受。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
内側リツプの接触圧が外側リツプの接触圧よりも
大であることを特徴とする密封形転がり軸受。
