Claims (1)
- 真空フランジ、ベローズと取つ手が溶接して形
成された握り部と、前記握り部に結合された軸と
、前記軸の先端に取り付けられた固定部と、この
固定部に間隙を介して対向する可動部とよりなり
、かつ双方の間隙にはバネが介在されて、両者が
弾性的に結合された支持部と、前記可動部の側縁
に取りつけられたプラスチツク板とを備え、前記
プラスチツク板は曲げ弾性率がほぼ２００００Kg
／cm2以下で、かつ側縁に複数の切り込みが形成
された耐熱性高分子材料よりなることを特徴とす
る真空容器窓用掃除具。
