判明した。 An air tent is a structure that maintains a dome made of a membrane by increasing the internal pressure with a constant ventilation fan, and the interior space can be used for multiple purposes. In order to protect the membrane during film deposition, the blower is generally stopped and the internal air is naturally exhausted by the fall of the membrane under its own weight, but this method takes a long time to complete the deposition of the membrane. This not only causes problems in workability, but also causes flapping due to the wind during film deposition, which poses a danger to work and damage to the film body. In this case, forced exhaust may be used to speed up the process of falling membranes, but if this is done, the membrane body will locally come into contact with the tent installation surface when the membranes are nearing the end, and air will flow everywhere. It turned out that the air was contained and forced evacuation had to be abandoned midway through.

Namely, the present invention provides a communication system having a perforated duct that communicates the gap between the tent body in the raining state and the tent installation surface. The present invention relates to a forced exhaust device for air tent precipitation characterized by comprising a gap forming mechanism and an exhaust fan that forcibly exhausts air from a gap in the tent body through the duct.

This is an exhaust fan that forcibly exhausts the air inside the tent through the exhaust duct 4. The exhaust duct 4 is equipped with a damper mechanism (not shown) for opening and closing.

Such a mechanism 5 may be provided in advance at an appropriate location within the tent body 1 so as not to interfere with the use of the tent, or may be brought into the tent when necessary.

It is composed of a bellows-shaped porous duct 52b that is housed in a freely extending manner, and a lid portion 52b 1 that closes the entrance 52a 1 of the storage box 52a during storage is provided at the tip of the porous duct 52b. According to the mechanism 5 of this type, as shown in the figure, the porous duct 52b is drawn out in the diametrical direction of the tent during the raining operation, and thus this porous duct 52b receives the tent at the end of the raining, and the tent is A gap is formed between the surface and the surface on which it is installed. These voids are formed on both sides of the porous duct 52b, and these voids communicate with each other via the porous duct 52b, forming a communicating void. In this way, the mechanism 5 forms a communicating gap between the tent and its installation surface at the end of tenting. According to this method, when the porous duct 52b is not used, it is reduced in size and placed in the storage box 5.
Since it can be stored in the tent 2a, it is convenient to have it in the tent without getting in the way.

The above-mentioned side gutter 5
3a is communicated with the inlet 4a of the exhaust duct 4 via a communication pipe 53c. According to this type of mechanism 5, at the end of the raindrops, the tent is directly lowered onto the installation surface, and therefore independent air pockets may be generated between the tent and the installation surface.
Even if such air pockets occur, they are communicated with each other via the side grooves 53a on the circumferential side and the porous cover plate 53b, and become a substantially communicating gap, and in this embodiment, the tent's membranes do not fall. At the end, a communicating gap can be formed between the tent and the surface on which it is placed. Even if such a mechanism 5 is provided in the tent in advance, it does not interfere with the normal use of the tent and is convenient.

When the air is evacuated, the mechanism 5 forms a communication gap between the tent and the installation surface at the end of the tent's fall, and ensures that the air inside the tent is forced to the end through this communication gap and the exhaust duct 4. Since the film can be evacuated, it is possible to reliably carry out such a film deposition operation to the end by applying a forced exhaust means.
