Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体が充填可能な扁平形状の容器本体部と、
中空の頭部と平板状のつまみとが一体化した折り
取り部とを有し、容器本体部の横断面は狭側壁と
広側壁とで囲まれ、前記頭部と容器本体部とが容
器本体部上面の一狭側壁側で連通しており、片方
または両方の広側壁の該一狭側壁寄りにくほみが
形成してあり、くぼみと前記狭側壁との間に狭側
壁に沿つてストローが収容され、該ストローの一
端が頭部内に侵入しており、くぼみにおける広側
壁同士の間隔がストローの径よりも狭く、容器本
体部底面のストローから離れた位置に該容器本体
部内と連通していて周囲が封鎖され、開口により
充填口となる膨出部が形成されており、容器本体
部と折り取り部とが、それらの境界に形成された
弱化部で分離可能であることを特徴とする熱可塑
性樹脂製飲料用容器。 ２ 前記容器本体部および折り取り部が、一層ま
たは多層構造の剛性のある熱可塑性樹脂シートか
らなる熱成形体を向い合わせて熱融着した熱融着
体であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の熱可塑性樹脂製飲料用容器。 ３ 前記容器本体部および折り取り部が、一層ま
たは多層構造の剛性のある熱可塑性樹脂シートお
よび前記熱可塑性樹脂シートの熱成形体を合わせ
て熱融着した熱融着体であることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱可塑性樹脂
製飲料用容器。
