[Detailed Description of the Invention] Technical Field The present invention relates to a glass door frame for an opening/closing type door, and in particular, a locking member having a simple structure that allows each hanging member to move independently in opposition to each hanging member. The locking member is installed in the space of the door frame, and the locking member is fixed to the hanging member, so that the door frame can be easily attached to the hanging member, which not only simplifies construction but also reduces manufacturing costs. The present invention also relates to a glass door frame for an openable/closable door, which has improved adaptability to hanging members of various specifications.

Conventional technology Conventionally, glass door frames for retractable doors were
A locking member accommodated in a space formed in the door frame is attached to the hanging member with a mounting bolt, and moves integrally with the hanging member. However, the distance between the centers of the mounting holes for the mounting bolts of the hanging member varies depending on the specifications, and whenever the specifications of the hanging member change, the locking member must also be changed accordingly. If the locking member were simply made to move within the door frame, the locking member would slip and move on its own if the door frame was tilted during installation work, so it would be difficult to suspend the locking member. When attaching it to a member, it is necessary to move it to an appropriate position each time, which is very troublesome for the worker, and has the disadvantage that construction is not easy.

Purpose The present invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above, and its purpose is to reduce the width of the hook portion formed on the upper part of the elastic body to the width of the hook portion formed on the door frame. The hook part is formed to have a dimension larger than the interval between the end faces of the bent part of the door frame, and the locking member is pushed up by the support part of the elastic body, and the bent part formed in the door frame is held under pressure between the hook part and the locking member. This reduces manufacturing costs by reducing the number of components for attaching the locking member to the space formed in the door frame by one compared to conventional products, and at the same time eliminating processing steps such as welding. In addition, the structure of the elastic body disposed for attaching the locking member to the door frame is greatly simplified, and the locking member is mainly attached to a part of the space formed in the door frame. To enable use for hanging members of various specifications regardless of the size of a space formed in a door frame so as to occupy the upper space.

As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of hook parts 13a formed on the upper part of the elastic body 13 are suspended on the seat surface 6b of the upper template 6, and at this time, the upper surface 8b of the locking member 8 is attached to the door frame. Space part 2 formed in 2
By being inserted into the space 2a so as to be in contact with the upper surface 2f of the elastic body 13, the locking member 8 is pushed up by the support portion 13c of the elastic body 13, and the pair of hook portions 13a and the locking member lock the upper mold. Bent portion 6c of plate 6
A plurality of locking members 8 are accommodated in a space 2a formed in the door frame 2 while holding the locking members 8 under pressure.

As shown in FIG. 4, the door frame 2 is attached to the locking member by passing the mounting screw 16 inserted through the mounting hole 10a formed in the hanging member 10 through the washer 15 into the groove 2e formed in the door frame 2. The locking members 8 are configured to be attached to the hanging member 10 by screwing into the screw holes 8a of the door frame 2, and each of the locking members 8 independently moves inside the space 2a of the door frame 2 with an appropriate frictional force. It is constructed so that it can be moved around.

Function The present invention is constructed as described above, and its function will be explained below. The elastic body 13 can be formed by, for example, pressing a spring plate, cutting it out, and then bending it into the shape shown in FIG. 4, and the processing is very simple. When assembling the locking member 8 to the elastic body, it is sufficient to press the locking member into the elastic body 13 from the side with a light force.
This assembly work is also easy, and no welding is required. And the elastic body 1 integrated with the locking member 8
3 is inserted from the side of the door frame 2 as shown by arrow E in FIG. Note that a plurality of such elastic bodies 13 are attached to the door frame 2 as shown in FIG. As shown in the same figure, when the distance between the centers of the mounting holes 10a of the hanging member 10 is P 1 , insert the tip of a screwdriver etc. into the screw hole 8a of the locking member 8, and insert the screw hole 8a of the locking member 8. The locking member 8 is fixed to the hanging member 10 by moving it directly below the mounting hole 10a, inserting the mounting screw 16 into the mounting hole 10a, and screwing it into the screw hole 8a of the locking member 8 through the washer 15. and door frame 2
is attached to the hanging member 10.

As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 2, when the distance between the centers of the mounting holes of the hanging member 10 reaches P 2 , the locking member 8 can be moved and fixed to the hanging member 10 by the same operation. Bye. In this way, the hanging member 10
Since the locking members 8 move independently in the space 2a of the door frame 2 even if the distance between the centers of the mounting holes 10a changes, there is no need to replace the locking members 8, and the door frame 2 can be easily replaced. It can be attached to the hanging member 10.

Furthermore, even if the door frame 2 is tilted during the installation work of the door frame 2, the locking member 8 is attached to the bent portion 6c of the upper template 6 of the door frame 2 via the elastic body 13.
Since the locking member 8 is held under pressure, it remains stationary without moving freely.
This facilitates installation work that requires zero fixation. Further, since the locking member 8 remains housed in the door frame 2 together with the elastic body 13, the same effect can be achieved even during disassembly and repair, which is convenient.

Effects Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, the width of the hook portion disposed on the elastic body is set to be larger than the distance between the end faces of the pair of bent portions formed on the door frame. The locking member is pushed up by the support part of the elastic body, and the bending part formed in the door frame is held by the hook part and the locking member. The number of components to be installed in the space formed in the space can be reduced by one compared to the conventional example, and at the same time, processing steps such as welding can be omitted, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
