(Prior Art) Conventionally, pins for this purpose include a pin pin 2 as shown in FIG. 4, a snap pin 4 as shown in FIG.
There was an improved snap pin described in Publication No. 9534. This last improved snap pin 6
As shown in FIG. 6, the end portion of the normal snap pin on the side that is not inserted into the shaft-like member 7 is a bent portion 8 that faces the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member 7, and the outer circumference of the shaft-like member of this bent portion 8 is This is designed to more reliably prevent the snap pin 6 from falling out of the through hole due to contact with the surface.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) After the pine needle pin 2 is inserted into the through hole of the shaft member 7,
By bending the tip to spread it out, it is possible to prevent it from coming out of the through hole, and since the bending operation is required, it cannot be installed quickly. On the other hand, the snap pin 4 can be installed quickly by simply pushing one arm into the through hole of the shaft-like member 7, and does not require the bending work required for the pin pin 2. Since it is only prevented from coming off by engagement with the shaft-like member 7, it could come off from the shaft-like member 7 due to external factors such as vibration of the shaft-like member 7. The improved snap pin 6 was devised to solve this problem, but in reality it still had the problem of coming off the shaft member 7. This improved snap pin 6 also follows the conventional technical concept of fixing by elastically engaging the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member 7, so as shown in FIG. When an external force F is applied to the snap pin 6 in the direction of pulling it out, the snap pin 6 is pushed out by the effect of the slope generated on the elastic engagement part, and the bent part 8 absorbs the external force F on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member 7.
Since it only engages with a portion that is largely inclined with respect to the direction of action, it may fail to provide the desired retaining effect and may fall off.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve these problems, the retaining pin of the present invention is generally U-shaped, and the first arm of the U shape is attached to the shaft member. A main body part that is inserted into a through hole formed by penetrating the shaft member in the diametrical direction, and a second arm part passing outside the shaft member; Extending towards the front,
a folded part that intersects the first arm, and the folded part is viewed from a direction perpendicular to a plane including the axes of the first arm and the second arm; In some cases, the angle between the parts on the free end side of the intersection between the axis of the first arm and the axis of the folded part is obtuse, and the axis of the second arm is inclined. A portion that includes the axis of the member and is located closer to the folded portion than a plane orthogonal to the through hole does not contact the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member, and a free end of the folded portion contacts the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-shaped member. The first arm is configured to prevent the first arm from coming out of the through hole.

Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
The second arm portion contacts the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member at a circular arc portion curved along the outer circumferential surface, and in a more desirable embodiment, a portion of the second arm portion near the bottom of the U-shape is bulged toward the first arm, and the portion of the bulge that is far from the bottom of the U shape is the arcuate portion.

(Function) In this retaining pin, since the angle formed by the free end of the folded part and the free end of the first arm is an obtuse angle, when attaching it to the shaft-like member, the first arm When the tip is inserted into the through hole, the outer surface of the folded portion engages with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member at an acute angle with respect to the direction of movement, and when further pushing force is applied, the retaining pin is pushed out and expanded. The one arm part further enters the through hole, and when it enters a certain extent, the tip of the folded part is pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-shaped member by the restoring force of the expanded retaining pin, and the retaining pin is closed. is further pushed through the through hole, and the tip of the first arm protruding from the through hole and the folded portion of the second arm intersect three-dimensionally.

The retaining pin attached to the shaft-like member in this way is a part that is curved after exiting the through hole at the second arm, the bottom of the U-shape, or the bottom side of the U-shape of the first arm. etc. come into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member, and the limit of insertion into the through hole is defined.

In this state, if an external force is applied in the direction of pulling the retaining pin out of the shaft-like member, only the free end of the folded part engages with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member, and this free end Since it engages with the part of the outer peripheral surface of the member on the opposite side of the second arm with respect to the plane that includes the axis of the shaft-like member and the center line of the through hole, it is prevented from coming off as in the improved snap pin described above. No force is applied in the direction of pushing the pins apart, but rather a force is applied in the direction of closing the retaining pins, so the retaining pins do not come out of the through holes.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the retaining pin according to the present invention does not require bending of the tip to prevent it from coming off, unlike the pine needle pin, and can be quickly attached. Even if an external force is applied, the retaining pin will not come off the shaft member unless it is destroyed, and if necessary, grasp the bent part of the retaining pin with your fingers and apply force to push the retaining pin apart. By applying pressure and pulling it, you can easily remove it from the shaft-like member.

Further, the portion of the first arm portion 14 that exits from the through hole 12 on the side of the bottom portion 15 is connected to the bottom portion 15 via a curved portion 28 that is curved in a direction away from the second arm portion 16 . On the other hand, a bulge 30 that bulges toward the first arm 14 is formed in a portion of the second arm 16 near the bottom 15, and a portion of the bulge 30 that is far from the bottom 15 is axially The circular arc portion 32 extends along the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 10 and comes into contact with a contact surface 34 that is a part of the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 10 . This contact surface 34 is the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member 10 on the second arm 16 side, and the bottom 1
This is the part located on the 5th side. The portion between the arcuate portion 32 and the folded portion 20 of the second arm portion 16 is the contact surface 3
This portion extends in the direction tangent to the end of the folded portion 20 on the side of the folded portion 20, and this portion and the folded portion 20 are configured not to contact the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member 10 except at the free end 36 of the folded portion 20. Further, as described above, the first arm portion 14 and the folded portion 20 intersect with each other, and the angle formed by their free ends 19 and 18 is an obtuse angle, so that the free end 36 is axially The second arm portion 16 is in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member on the opposite side of the plane including the axis of the shaft-like member 10 and the center line of the through hole 12 .

To attach the retaining pin 13 configured in this manner to the shaft member 10, the free end 19 of the first arm portion 14 is inserted into the through hole 12. Then, the outer surface of the folded part 20, which is inclined at an acute angle with respect to the direction of travel, comes into contact with the contact surface 34, and if further pushing force is applied, the second arm part 16 moves away from the first arm part 14 due to the effect of the slope. The retaining pin 13 is pushed out in this direction, allowing the first arm portion 14 to be inserted deeper into the through hole 12. When the free end 36 passes through the farthest part from the through hole 12 on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-shaped member, the retaining pin 13 actively moves toward the free end 19 based on the restoring force of the expanded retaining pin 13. Eventually, the portion of the first arm portion 14 protruding from the through hole 12 and the folded portion 20 intersect with each other, and the attachment of the retaining pin 13 to the shaft member 10 is completed. . At this time, the arc portion 32 is
0 and prevents the retaining pin 13 from being inserted into the through hole 12 any further, and also prevents the retaining pin 13 from rotating around the first arm portion 14, thereby preventing the retaining pin 13 from coming out. Stop pin 13
is attached to the shaft member 10 in a stable state.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, if an external force 38 is applied in the direction of pulling out the retaining pin 13 from the shaft member 10 in this state, the retaining pin 13 will move slightly in the same direction as the external force 38. , the arcuate portion 32 is separated from the contact surface 34, and only the free end 36 of the folded portion 20 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member 10. Therefore, a force 40 in the direction of closing the retaining pin 13 is applied to the retaining pin 13 in the tangential direction at the point where it contacts the outer peripheral surface at its free end 36, so that the retaining pin 13
This prevents the material from coming out of the through hole 12.

The second arm portion 16 of this retaining pin 13 is formed with the bulge portion 30 as described above, and this is to form the arcuate portion 32 without creating a portion with an extremely small radius of curvature. . In addition, the first arm portion 1
4 has a curved part 28, but in this way, the part near the bottom part 15 can be viewed from the target member in a plane.
In other words, the effect of preventing the retaining pin 13 from rotating around the first arm portion 14 by contacting the member fitted to the shaft member 10 is obtained, and the elastically deformable portion is lengthened to prevent the retaining pin 13 from coming off. The effect of increasing the elastic deformability of the pin 13 can be obtained. However, if this effect is sacrificed, the curved portion 28 of the first arm portion 14
It is also possible to omit the first arm portion 14 so that the first arm portion 14 is connected to the bottom portion 15 in a straight line. Or again,
The second arm portion 1 is made by eliminating the bulging portion 30 of the second arm portion 16.
6 can also be made to continue in a straight line to the bottom part 15. In this case, the arcuate portion 32 is eliminated, and the contact surface of the retaining pin 13 with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 10 becomes smaller, making the attachment state unstable. However, on the other hand, there are fewer parts to be bent, making manufacturing easier. You can get the effect of making it easier.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A retaining pin that is attached to a shaft-like member that penetrates an object to prevent the object from slipping out of the shaft-like member, and that is generally U-shaped. , a U-shaped first arm is inserted into a through hole formed in the shaft-like member by penetrating the shaft-like member in the diametrical direction, and a second arm passes through the outside of the shaft-like member. and a folded part that extends from the tip of the second arm towards the first arm and intersects the first arm, and the folded part extends from the first arm to the first arm. The angle formed by the parts on the free end side from the intersection of the axis of the first arm and the axis of the folded part when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the plane containing the axis of the arm and the second arm. is inclined at an obtuse angle, and a portion of the second arm located closer to the folded portion than a plane that includes the axis of the shaft-like member and is orthogonal to the through-hole is a part of the shaft-like member. A retaining pin that does not contact the outer circumferential surface, but has a free end of the folded portion that contacts the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member to prevent the first arm from coming out of the through hole. (2) The retaining pin according to claim 1, wherein the second arm portion contacts the outer circumferential surface of the shaft-like member at an arcuate portion curved along the outer circumferential surface. (3) A portion of the second arm near the bottom of the U-shape is bulged toward the first arm, and a portion of the bulge far from the bottom of the U-shape is bulged toward the first arm. The retaining pin according to claim 2 of the utility model registration claim, which forms an arcuate portion. (4) After the first arm exits the through hole at the bottom side of the U-shape, it is temporarily curved in a direction away from the second arm, and then continues to the bottom of the U-shape. A retaining pin according to any one of claims 1 to 3 of the utility model registration claims.
