(Prior art and its problems) The above-mentioned conventional recovery device includes a recovery tank for recovering floats floating in the bathtub, and a recovery tank for transferring the water in the recovery tank into the bathtub when recovering the floats. and a pump means for moving the water in the bathtub into a recovery tank when the float is introduced into the bathtub, and by forming a water level difference between the bathtub and the recovery tank with the pump means, It was constructed so that the float was flushed with water from the bathtub into the recovery tank and from the recovery tank into the bathtub. However, since this recovery device uses the water level difference between the bathtub and the recovery tank, the floats become entangled and gather together, making movement slow and taking a long time to recover. It was hot.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a bathtub with a recovery tank for recovering floats floating in the bathtub, and a collection tank that collects water in the recovery tank when the floats are recovered. pump means for transferring the water into the bathtub, and the float is configured to flow down together with the water from the bathtub into the recovery tank by forming a water level difference between the bathtub and the recovery tank by the pump means. In this method, an air blowing device is additionally provided which blows air into the bathtub for a certain period of time while the float is being collected.

(Function) This invention drives an air blowing device that blows out air for a certain period of time while the floats floating on the water are being collected by the flow of water from the jet nozzle installed on the wall of the bathtub. The objective is to increase the recovery speed so that the particles can be dispersed and liberated and recovered smoothly.

(Example) A recovery tank 20 is integrally constructed adjacent to the bathtub 10. F is a float. The float F has a specific gravity lighter than water and floats on the water surface. The float F is basically ball-shaped or spherical, but other three-dimensional shapes may be used. In addition, the float F has various shapes,
Items with patterns, colors, letters, or symbols may also be used. The bathtub 10 is provided with a water inlet/outlet 11 at the lower part of the side wall, and a jet nozzle 12 for spouting water at the upper part of the side wall. Also, the jet nozzle 12
A recovery port 13 for the float F is provided at the upper part of the side wall of the bathtub on the side opposite to the bathtub. Inside the recovery tank 20,
A screen 21 is provided to separate the water from the float F, and a water inlet/outlet 22 is provided at the bottom of the recovery tank 20. On the other hand, there is a float F at the top of the recovery tank 20.
A guide 23 is provided to guide the user. This guide 23 regulates the floating direction of the float F so that when the float F floats inside the recovery tank 20, it is gradually guided to the recovery port 13.

The bathtub 10 and the recovery tank 20 are configured so that the water inside them can be transferred to each other. That is, the entrance/exit 11 on the bathtub 10 side with the transition pipe 30,
The jet nozzle 12 and the inlet/outlet 22 on the recovery tank 20 side are connected. The transfer pipe 30 includes a pump 40 and a three-way valve 4 in order to actually transfer water.
Pump means consisting of: 1 is provided. This three-way valve 41 is for switching between the pump 40 side and the inlet/outlet 11 or jet nozzle 12 side.
Now, when the float recovery switch is turned on by an operation switch (not shown), the pump 40 starts, the three-way valve 41 is controlled to the A side in the figure, and water flows from the recovery tank 20 to the transition pipe 30 indicated by the solid line arrow. The liquid flows in the direction of , and is ejected from the entrance 11 into the bathtub 10 . As the water in the recovery tank 20 passes through the transfer pipe 30 and is transferred to the bathtub 10 side, the water in the recovery tank 2
0 water level decreases. On the other hand, water enters the bathtub 10, the water level rises, and overflow water flows down from the recovery port 13 into the recovery tank 20. After a certain period of time, open the 3-way valve 41 from the A side to the jet nozzle 1.
When switching to side B, which is the second side, the float F floating on the water surface flows down into the recovery tank 20 from the recovery port 13 with the flow of water from the jet nozzle 12. After a certain period of time has elapsed after the jet nozzle 12 ejects air, an air blowing device 50 such as an air compressor is driven to eject high-pressure bubbles into the bathtub 10 from a bubble nozzle 52 provided at the bottom of the bathtub 10 via an air supply pipe 51. This is the bubble operation shown in FIG. It is effective to provide a plurality of such bubble nozzles 52 at the bottom of the bathtub 10. As a result, many of the floats F gathered and accumulated in the upper part of the bathtub 10 are dispersed and released by the air bubbles, and thereafter flow down into the recovery tank 20 from the recovery port 13 by the water flow of the jet nozzle 12.

Please note that this project is an improvement only to the float recovery device.
It goes without saying that supplying and heating the water in the bathtub can be carried out as appropriate by known means. The bubble operation time by driving the air blowing device 50 is an appropriate fixed time (for example, 100
seconds), and the bubble operation will stop when the float collection is completed. This sequence is controlled by controller 60.

(Effects) As described above, in this invention, a large number of floating floats are dispersed and released during float collection, so the movement of the floats from the bathtub to the collection tank is smooth, and the collection speed is accelerated, and the actual use This is extremely effective.
