Regarding conventional long towel fabric cutting equipment,
The gap between the roller and the supporting base of the long towel fabric on the moving direction side of the cutting blade is set to an intermediate value between the thickness of the pile weave part and the thickness of the plain weave part of the long towel fabric, and the feed roller touches the pile weave part at the same time. The pile weave is then transferred, and it idles in the plain weave, so that the boundary between the plain weave and the pile weave is cut along the feed roller with a cutting blade.

Therefore, the present invention, in order to eliminate the above problems,
A locus of movement is provided for passing a long towel fabric, which is a raw material for forming a towel having a pile weave in the center and a plain weave at both ends, and has a pile weave and a plain weave in the longitudinal direction. A cutting blade for cutting the plain weave portion of the long towel fabric is disposed along the long towel fabric, and a cutting blade is provided on the long towel fabric delivery side of the cutting blade on one side of the above-mentioned movement trajectory, separated by an appropriate distance. A feed roller rotated by a drive mechanism is provided on the other side of the movement path of the presser roller or the backing plate, and a tip is placed at an appropriate interval on the long towel fabric feeding side of the cutting blade. When the tip is in contact with the plain weave part of the long towel fabric, the plain weave part is allowed to pass through, and when the tip part is in contact with the boundary between the plain weave part and the pile weave part of the long towel fabric, it engages with the pile fabric and passes through it. A positioning piece having a receiving portion shaped to prevent passage is disposed along the movement locus, and the feed roller also moves the long towel fabric from the positioning piece in the direction of the cutting blade, and the long towel fabric is transferred to the positioning piece. In the long towel fabric cutting device, the cutting blade cuts the plain weave portion in a state in which the movement of the long towel fabric is stopped when the boundary portion of the pile weave portion hits, and the feed roller is driven. It consists of a rotating shaft connected to the source and a rotating ring fitted concentrically around the rotating shaft, and the rotating ring is divided into a plurality of rotating ring elements at a distance in the axial direction. The rotating wheel elements are configured to be rotatable individually, and between each rotating wheel element and the rotating shaft, a plain weave portion of the corresponding width of the long towel fabric that is in contact with each of the rotating elements is provided as a positioning piece. When in contact with the receiving part of the positioning piece, the rotary wheel element can be rotated by the rotating shaft and rotational force, but the boundary part of the pile weave in the corresponding width part abuts and engages with the receiving part of the positioning piece. The present invention attempts to provide a long towel fabric cutting device in which a slip means is interposed such that the rotary wheel element cannot be rotated by rotational force, and the center position of the plain weave portion of the long towel fabric is provided. A long towel that can be cut parallel to the boundary of the pile weave, and that allows for simple and quick setup change when the length dimension of the plain weave of the long towel fabric is changed. The present invention aims to provide a fabric cutting device.

In the case of the above-mentioned structure, when cutting the long towel fabric 1 using this, first, as shown in FIG. The fixed blade 8 is raised upward, and the piston rod 14a of the feed cylinder 14 is retracted to operate the presser roller 2.
3 is raised above the feed roller 28 as shown in FIG.
2. Raise it above 2. Next, the long towel fabric 1 is hung around the towel guides 4 and 5, passed between the upper positioning piece 50 and the lower positioning piece 52, and the plain weave portion 1b is pulled out to the position of the cutting blade 7. When a start switch (not shown) is turned on in this state, the motor 100 is driven and the feed roller 28
The rotating shaft 31 and each rotating wheel element 32a are rotated in the direction of the arrow. Further, the main body 60 of the known drawing device A is moved from the feeding direction side of the long towel fabric 1,
Fixed clamping piece 61 and movable clamping piece 6 of this drawing device A
2 passes the long towel fabric 1 between the feed roller 28 and the presser roller 23 and between the fixed blade 8 and the movable blade 9.
is inserted to a position where it sandwiches the plain weave portion 1b at the tip. Thereafter, the clamping cylinder 63 of the pull-out device A is operated, and the movable clamping piece 62 clamps the plain weave portion 1b at the tip of the long towel fabric 1 between it and the fixed clamping piece 61.
Next, the main body 60 is moved in the feeding direction of the long towel fabric 1 as shown in FIG. 23 and is pulled out to the left. This drawing of the long towel fabric 1 is continued until the second plain weave portion 1b of the long towel fabric 1 is moved between the upper positioning piece 50 and the lower positioning piece 52, and then stopped. Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the piston rod 4 of the positioning cylinder 47 is
7a is operated to protrude, and the receiving portion 50a of the upper positioning piece 50 is moved to the lower positioning piece 5 as shown in FIG.
It is placed on the plain weave part 1b on the receiving part 52a of No. 2 by its own weight. Further, the piston rod 14a of the feed cylinder 14 is actuated to protrude and the support frame 15 is lowered, whereby each presser roller element 24 is pressed onto the long towel fabric 1 on the corresponding rotary ring element 32a of the feed roller 28 by the spring 21. , 21 are pressed together. At this point, the receiving part 50a of the upper positioning piece 50 and the receiving part 52a of the lower positioning piece 52 are in contact with the plain weave part 1b of the long towel fabric 1, so each rotating wheel element 32a is a presser roller element. With the long towel cloth 1 sandwiched between the towel cloth 24 and the towel cloth 24, the long towel cloth 1 is rotated in the feeding direction as the rotary shaft 31 rotates. Therefore, the corresponding width portion of the long towel fabric 1 between each rotary wheel element 32a and the presser roller element 24 is transferred to the left. The corresponding width portions of this long towel fabric 1 are transferred to the plain weave portion 1 of each corresponding width portion.
b and the pile weave portion 1a until the boundary portion 1c contacts the receiving portions 50a, 52a of the upper and lower positioning pieces 50, 52, and then the boundary portion 1c contacts the first
As shown in FIG. 2, when the long towel fabric 1 comes into contact with the receiving portions 50a, 50a, the feeding resistance of the long towel fabric 1 increases in the corresponding width portion, and the ball 36 of the slip means 33 increases.
is pushed up from the engagement groove 38, thereby stopping the rotation of the rotating wheel element 32a in the corresponding portion and stopping the transfer of the long towel fabric 1 in the corresponding width portion. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the boundary part 1c between the plain weave part 1b and the pile weave part 1a of the long towel fabric 1 is the receiving part 5 of the upper and lower positioning pieces 50, 52.
Even if it is transferred obliquely with respect to 0a, 52a, the boundary portion 1c is ultimately parallel to the receiving portions 50a, 52a over the entire width, as shown in FIG. 14, 2. They can be aligned in a straight line. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 13, the piston rod 11a of the cutting cylinder 11 is operated to project and the movable blade 9 is lowered, thereby causing the long towel fabric 1
The plain weave portion 1b is cut parallel to the boundary portion 1c at the center of its length. After cutting the long towel fabric 1, the towel on the tip side of the long towel fabric 1 is moved to a predetermined position. After that, each piston rod 11a, 14 of the cutting cylinder 11, the feeding cylinder 14, and the positioning cylinder 47 is
a, 47a are retracted to return to the state shown in FIG. 9, and then the long towel fabric 1 is cut into short towels by repeating the above operations.
