As a result, the relative relationship between the center position of the insertion hole of the printed circuit board and the center position of the lead wire of the electronic component changes, making it impossible to insert the electronic component reliably.

Further, the cut surfaces 12, 22 perpendicular to the opposing surfaces are inclined with respect to the center lines 13, 23 of the V-shaped grooves 11, 21, and the center lines 13, 23 of the V-shaped grooves 11, 21
Sharp cutting edges 14 and 2 are formed with sharp edges 14 and 23 as boundaries, respectively.

A fixed blade 10 and a movable blade 20 are disposed facing each other, and first V-shaped grooves 11 and 21 for holding a lead wire 30 are formed on the facing surfaces of the fixed blade 10 and the movable blade 20. Concave portions or convex portions are formed at positions that are perpendicular to the moving direction A of 20 and face each other. A cutting surface that is orthogonal to this opposing surface and slides on each other has a cutting edge 20.
The second part is parallel to the moving direction A of and has a mutually interlocking shape.
V-shaped grooves 12 and 22 are formed. The second V-shaped grooves 12, 22 are formed at a position where the center position of the recess is offset from the center position of the recess of the first V-shaped groove 11, 21 by about half the diameter of the lead wire, Furthermore, first V-shaped grooves 11, 2
The side in contact with the first recess is the first V-shaped groove 11, 2.
An acute angle to the center lines 13 and 23 of 1 (30
degree), and this steeply inclined surface is the center line 13, 2 of the first V-shaped groove 11, 21.
3, sharp cutting edges 14 and 24 are formed on the ridgeline on the convex side, respectively. Also fixed blade 10
The lead wire 3 is connected to the cutting blade 14 of the movable blade 20 and the cutting blade 24 of the movable blade 20.
The fixed blade 10 is positioned above the movable blade 20 so as to cut 0. In Figure 1b,
There is a gap between the fixed blade 10 and the movable blade 20, but this is because the fixed blade 10 and the movable blade 2
It is drawn like this to clarify the shape of the blade 0, and in reality it is a fixed blade 10 and a movable blade 20.
They are arranged so that they mesh and slide with each other without any gaps.

moves in the direction of arrow A. As a result, the lead wire 30 is held between the V-shaped grooves 11 and 21, and the lead wire 30 is held between the V-shaped grooves 11 and 21.
Cutting is performed using the cutting blades 14 and 24, respectively, with the center of 0 as the boundary. In this way, the first V-shaped groove 1
Since the lead wire 30 is pinched and cut by 1 and 21, the lead wire 30 is surely cut without escaping. In this case, the second V-shaped groove 12 on the cut surface,
22 is the center line 1 of the first V-shaped grooves 11, 21;
3, 23, and the first
Since the cutting edges 14 and 24 are formed with the center lines 13 and 23 of the V-shaped grooves 11 and 21 as boundaries, the lead wire 30 is cut diagonally at an acute angle so that it can be easily inserted into the printed circuit board. .
