- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 給湯用熱交換器の入口側と出口側に接続された
入水路と出湯路をリターン路により接続して構成
された加熱循環回路と、 前記給湯用熱交換器と並列となるようにして前
記入水路と出湯路の間をバイパス路により接続し
、少なくともバイパス路とリターン路により構成
された非加熱循環回路と、 前記加熱循環回路及び非加熱循環回路で湯を循
環させるための循環ポンプと、 前記加熱循環回路の出湯路ないしリターン路に
設けられた給湯栓等の使用水栓と、 前記出湯路からの出湯温度を検知する手段と、 保温運転時に、前記出湯温度検知手段によつて
検知された湯温に応じて、湯の循環路を加熱循環
回路と非加熱循環回路とに切換える循環路切換え
手段とからなることを特徴とする給湯装置。
