Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 管が貫通する炉体と、管の外周面にはめ合う
貫通穴を有し、炉体出入口の開口を塞ぐ蓋と、管
を管軸方向に送る管搬送装置とを備え、外径が異
なる管に対応して互いに異なつた直径の貫通穴を
有する取替え可能な複数の蓋が準備された加熱炉
において、炉体の出入口にそれぞれ蓋支持装置が
設けられており、各蓋支持装置は管送り方向に対
して直角方向に延び、並列する複数の蓋支持部材
を有し、各蓋支持部材はこれの長手方向に沿つて
前記蓋を移動可能に支持していることを特徴とす
るトンネル型加熱炉。 ２ 管が貫通する炉体と、管の外周面にはめ合う
貫通穴を有し、炉体出入口の開口を塞ぐ蓋と、管
を管軸方向に送る管搬送装置とを備え、外径が異
なる管に対応して互いに異なつた直径の貫通穴を
有する取替え可能な複数の蓋が準備された加熱炉
において、炉体の出入口にそれぞれ蓋支持装置が
設けられており、各蓋支持装置は管送り方向に対
して直角方向に延び、並列する複数の蓋支持部材
を有し、前記各蓋が管外径に応じた半円状の切欠
を有する一対の分割体からなり、各蓋支持部材は
これの長手方向に沿つて前記分割体を移動可能に
支持していることを特徴とするトンネル型加熱炉
。
