Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溶湯が注入される射出スリーブと、この射出ス
リーブの溶湯を金型キヤビテイ内に射出するプラ
ンジヤチツプと、前記射出スリーブの内面に潤滑
剤を噴射するスリーブ潤滑剤噴射装置とを備えた
ダイカストマシンの射出スリーブ潤滑装置におい
て、 前記プランジヤチツプの外周にプランジヤロツ
ド側の端部から前記プランジヤチツプ円筒方向の
途中まで１個ないし複数個の切欠き部がランド部
を残して削成され、前記射出スリーブの金型キヤ
ビテイ側に前記プランジヤチツプを突き出して同
プランジヤチツプのプランジヤロツド側を前記射
出スリーブ内に残して前記切欠き部と射出スリー
ブ内径との間に形成される空隙により前記射出ス
リーブ内を前記金型キヤビテイ側に連通した状態
にして、前記射出スリーブの射出シリンダ側開口
部に備えた前記スリーブ潤滑剤射射装置により前
記射出スリーブ内面に潤滑剤を噴射するようにし
たことを特徴とするダイカストマシンの射出スリ
ーブ潤滑装置。
