Claims (1)
- ダイカストマシンの射出シリンダにより射出ス
リーブ内を進退し、前記射出シリンダのピストン
ロツドに結合されたプランジヤロツドと同プラン
ジヤロツドの先端に取付けられたプランジヤチツ
プから成り、給湯装置から前記射出スリーブに設
けた給湯口を介して、同射出スリーブ内に供給さ
れる溶湯を押出す射出プランジヤにおいて、前記
プランジヤチツプの長さ寸法を前記給湯口径より
大きくするとともに、前記プランジヤチツプとプ
ランジヤロツドの間に前記プランジヤチツプ外径
よりも僅かに小径で射出スリーブ内径面との間に
外気と連通した僅かな隙間を形成する射出プラン
ジヤの射出ストロークより長い寸法の小径部を設
けたことを特徴とするダイカストマシンの射出プ
ランジヤ。
