At this time, since the vehicle soundproofing material has a three-dimensional shape that conforms to the shape of the mounting site, it can be placed closely on the dash panel or the like without any gaps. As a result, the soundproofing and decorative functions can be fully demonstrated, and the cabin space does not become particularly narrow. Furthermore, since the impregnated layer formed by impregnating a synthetic resin foam with a resinous viscous liquid is used as one layer of the base material, it has an excellent soundproofing function and an excellent vibration damping function.

It may consist of one layer or multiple layers. As the synthetic resin foam, a flexible synthetic resin foam such as a soft polyurethane foam in the form of a sheet having a predetermined thickness is used, and among these, one having a high proportion of continuous pores is preferable. As the resinous viscous liquid, asphalt, butyl rubber latex, waxes, etc. are used. Impregnation with a resinous viscous liquid can be achieved, for example, by applying asphalt to the surface of the synthetic resin foam while compressing it with a roller, stopping the compression after application, and then heating it to asphalt. This can be done easily and uniformly by lowering the viscosity of . Here, the base material 21 of the first embodiment is composed of a single layer of only an impregnated layer, and the base material 31 of the second embodiment is composed of two layers of an impregnated layer 31a and an asphalt sheet 31b.
The base material 41 of the third embodiment consists of two layers: an impregnated layer 41a and a brick 41b. Other layers constituting the base material include plastic films, synthetic resin foam sheets, etc., which are selected as appropriate depending on the soundproofing properties, moldability, cushioning properties, etc. required for the soundproofing material for vehicles. Used in combination. And if it is multi-layered,
The layers are integrated by applying a thermosetting resin or adhesive, which will be described later, to the laminated surfaces.

A resin layer (23, etc.) is formed, a skin material (25, etc.) is laminated on the base material via the thermosetting resin layer, and in the presence of water or an amine aqueous solution, a mold surface consisting of the shape of the installation site inside the vehicle is formed. This is carried out by hot pressing the laminate in a mold having the following properties. By the hot press, the skin material is pressed onto the surface of the base material, and the laminate of the skin material and the base material is compressed to a predetermined thickness, deformed, and shaped into the shape of the mold surface, that is, the shape of the attachment site. Ru. Then, by reaction curing of the thermosetting resin layer, adhesion, shape fixation, and thickness fixation between the skin material and the base material are achieved. When the base material consists of multiple layers, each layer is made integral with an adhesive in advance, or a thermosetting resin layer is provided between each layer, and the layers are made integral during hot pressing.

In particular, it is preferable that the compression rate of a portion corresponding to a protruding portion such as the vehicle floor is higher than that of other portions in order to expand the vehicle interior space. In addition, if the skin material is made of textiles or the like and the thermosetting resin oozes out onto the surface of the skin material during hot pressing and impairs the appearance of the molded product, attach a plastic film or the like to the back of the skin material or apply a filler. It is preferable to apply it.

ができる。(Effects of the invention) The soundproofing material for vehicles according to this invention has a base material and a skin material that are crimped together through a thermosetting resin layer to form a three-dimensional meter shape along the installation site. It adheres closely to the attachment part of the device and does not lift up. As a result, the soundproofing and decorative functions can be fully demonstrated, and the vehicle interior space will not be narrowed. Moreover, since the shape is fixed by curing the thermosetting resin layer between the base material and the skin material, there is no risk of deformation during storage, transportation, etc. until being installed inside a vehicle. In addition, by partially or continuously changing the degree of compression during crimping between the base material and the skin material, the thickness can be freely changed, which is highly effective in improving decorativeness and expanding the cabin space. can be obtained. In particular, if the thickness of the protruding portion is made thinner, the floor can be made flat, for example, and the vehicle interior space can be further expanded. In addition, since it has a shape that follows the attachment site, it can be attached easily and neatly to the correct position, and the attachment position is accurate.
There is no need to make the hole for pulling in the harness large in anticipation of misalignment, and the size can be kept to the minimum necessary size, resulting in a good appearance. Furthermore, since the impregnated layer obtained by impregnating a synthetic resin foam with a resinous viscous liquid is used as one layer of the base material, the continuous pores and the action of the resinous viscous liquid that make up the synthetic resin foam provide excellent performance. It can also exhibit soundproofing, sound absorption, and vibration damping effects. Moreover, since the thermosetting resin layer is located on the surface of the base material or each layer of the base material, its curing affects only the vicinity of the surface and does not affect the inside of the impregnated layer, which reduces the soundproofing effect, etc. There's nothing to do. Furthermore, by forming the base material into multiple layers made of different materials, an excellent soundproofing effect can be obtained even against a wide range of frequencies (noise sources).
