(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, non-metallic spike fittings for tire slip prevention devices have a strip-shaped spike fitting on the surface of the ground-contacting side of the main body of the spike fitting, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 176005/1983. A recess for attaching the tip is provided in the recess, and a tip made of ultra-hard steel is fixed in the recess by attaching or crimping to increase the wear resistance of the ground contact part of the spike fitting.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned device, since the tip is attached through the recess, there is a problem that the tip easily falls off. A hole 32 for attaching the chip is provided from the surface of the grounding part to the back surface of the metal fitting, and the chip 33 is embedded over the entire thickness of the metal fitting body 31, and the embedded length is increased to prevent it from falling out. A separate problem arose.

That is, the above-mentioned conventional technology has a spike fitting main body 3.
It is constructed by driving a truncated conical chip 33, which has approximately the same shape as the above-mentioned mounting hole 32, into the mounting hole 32 of 1. However, with repeated use, the chip 33 pushes the mounting hole 32 due to the ground force during driving. While expanding, it gradually digs into the tire anti-slip device body C side, and cracks may appear around the mounting hole 32, weakening the support force of the chip 33 and causing the chip 33 to
This has caused problems such as the metal spikes falling off or the spike fittings body 31 itself breaking.

(Technical Problem) The technical problem of the present invention is to prevent the chip from falling off and also to prevent the chip from digging into the mounting hole due to the ground force during driving.

(Means for solving the technical problems) The means taken by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned technical problems is a strip-like spike metal fitting that is fixed to the non-metallic tire anti-slip device body. A tip with a head integrally molded using ultra-hard steel material into a roughly rivet shape with a head portion having a diameter larger than that of the body portion is attached to the rivet from the surface of the grounding portion of the strip-like spike fitting body to the back surface. The chip is driven into a mounting hole having a smaller diameter than the body of the chip, and the back surface of the head of the chip is brought into contact with the upper edge surface of the mounting hole.

(Function) According to the above means, the headed tip partially increases the hardness of the ground contact portion of the spike fitting body.

In addition, the body of the tip is embedded over the entire thickness of the spike fitting body, making it difficult to fall off, and when grounding force is applied to the headed tip of the spike fitting while driving, this grounding force is applied to the back of the tip head. This prevents the body of the chip driven into the mounting hole from digging into the mounting hole.

(Effects) Since the present invention is as described above, the abrasion resistance of the grounding part of the spike fitting is improved by the headed tip, and the tip body is embedded and held throughout the entire thickness of the mounting hole of the fitting body. , the chip can be sufficiently prevented from falling out, and the back side of the chip head abuts the upper edge surface of the mounting hole, preventing the chip from digging into the depth of the mounting hole due to the ground force during driving. Therefore, it is possible to prevent troubles such as the chip falling off or the spike fitting body breaking due to the chip biting in and cracking around the mounting hole.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spike fitting A is made by bending a strip steel material having a predetermined wall thickness into a U shape to form the spike fitting main body 1, and forming the spike fitting main body 1 at the mesh intersection of the anti-slip net main body C'. The metal fitting main body 1 is fitted from the back side, and both ends of the metal fitting main body 1 protruding toward the front side are bent inward and fixed so as to be wound around the mesh intersection.

Near both ends of the spike fitting body 1, which serves as the grounding surface of the spike fitting A, mounting holes 2, 2 are penetrated from the surface of the grounding part to the back surface, and these mounting holes 2, 2 are made of ultra-hard steel. Headed chips 3 and 3 are driven in.

The headed chips 3, 3 are formed into a substantially rivet shape using, for example, tungsten carbide.
A head portion 3b, which is one size larger than the diameter of the tip body portion 3a, is integrally formed on the ground side end of a truncated conical tip body portion 3a, which is somewhat thicker than the diameter of the mounting hole 2, and the spike metal body 1 is Before bending it into a U-shape, drive the tip body 3a into both mounting holes 2, 2 of the main body 1 and fix it, and also bring the back surface 3b' of the head 3b into contact with the upper edge surface 2a of the mounting hole 2. It is something.

The above-mentioned tip body 3a may have a cylindrical shape that is thicker than the diameter of the mounting hole 2, and the shape of the head 3b may be any shape as long as it has a wide portion that comes into contact with the upper edge surface 2a of the mounting hole 2. It is also possible to make it into a shape. For example, the headed tip 3' shown in Fig. 3 may be formed like the head of a countersunk screw and driven in so that it is completely buried in the mounting hole 2, and the part where the tip 3 is driven is also spiked. It may be configured by driving it into the center of the metal fitting body 1,
In this case, the spike fittings A' are installed by fitting from the surface of the mesh intersection.

The above-mentioned spike fittings A and A' have significantly increased hardness in the contact area where the ultra-hard headed tips 3 and 3' are driven, thereby improving wear resistance. In addition, the ground force that acts to hit the headed tips 3, 3' while driving is absorbed by the surfaces around the mounting holes 2, 2' where the lower surfaces of the heads 3b, 3'b come into contact, and thereby the tip body This prevents the portions 3a, 3'a from digging deep into the mounting holes 2, 2'.
