This invention electrically detects switch operations such as playback, fast forward, rewind, and stop, and uses control logic to set the contact relationship between the magnetic head and magnetic tape, the rotation of the reel, etc. to the respective states. The present invention relates to a control circuit for a magnetic recording/reproducing device that uses an existing operation switch (i.e., a switch that returns to the state before operation when the operation is stopped) to realize a function other than its original function. In magnetic recording/playback devices such as cassette tape recorders that electrically detect switch operation and control the head position etc. using control logic, when the switch is turned on and a pulse is input, the corresponding operation is generally performed and the switch is released. The circuit is configured so that the operation continues even after the pulse disappears until the next operation is performed. The time chart in FIG. 1 shows this state when there are two switches A and B. First, when switch A is pressed, a corresponding control signal A is output, and then when switch B is pressed, the output is also switched to a corresponding control signal B. In addition, in this type of magnetic recording/playback device, if multiple operation signals are input at the same time and the corresponding control signals are output at the same time, malfunctions will occur. The circuit is configured to prohibit multiple inputs so that if one switch is operated while another switch is operated redundantly, no signal is output. In the case of simultaneous operations, the output is determined by the last switch released. This invention is an attempt to actively utilize the simultaneous operation of multiple switches in contrast to the conventional thinking as described above, and when the switches are operated simultaneously, a different signal is formed than when each switch is operated individually. In this way, each function realizes a different function. Conventionally, as mentioned above, simultaneous operations are disabled, so a separate switch corresponding to the new function is required, but with the configuration of this invention, the existing switch can be used to It becomes possible to realize the function. This simplifies the switch mechanism, improves operability, and eliminates the need for additional wiring if remote control is assumed. In particular, the present invention is designed to realize the functions of fast-forward playback (queue) and rewind playback (review) using the above-described method. Here, fast-forward playback and rewind playback refer to the reproduction magnetic head brought into contact with the magnetic tape during fast-forwarding or rewinding to extract a signal and easily locate the beginning of a song. Specifically, these functions are realized by setting each part of the magnetic recording/reproducing device to the following states. (a) Fast-forward playback ○B Bring the playback magnetic head and magnetic tape into contact. ○B Bring the capstan and pinch roller out of contact. ○C Drive the take-up reel to wind up the magnetic tape. (b) Rewind playback ○a Bring the playback magnetic head and magnetic tape into contact. ○B Bring the capstan and pinch roller out of contact. ○C Drive the supply reel to rewind the magnetic tape. According to this invention, fast-forward playback is realized by simultaneous operation of a fast-forward switch and a playback switch, and rewind playback is realized by simultaneous operation of a rewind switch and a playback switch. "Playback", "Fast forward", which can be obtained by operating the playback switch, fast forward switch, and rewind switch independently.
The states of ``rewind'' are as follows: (a) Playback ○B The magnetic head for playback and the magnetic tape are in contact. ○B The capstan and the pinch roller come into contact and the magnetic tape is transported at a constant speed. ○C The take-up reel is driven and the transferred magnetic tape is wound up. (b) Fast forward ○a The magnetic head for reproduction and the magnetic tape are in a non-contact state. ○B The capstan and the pinch roller are out of contact. ○C The take-up reel is driven and the magnetic tape is wound. (c) Rewinding ○a The reproducing magnetic head and the magnetic tape are in a non-contact state. ○A The capstan and pinch roller are out of contact. ○C The supply reel is driven and the magnetic tape is rewound. As shown above, fast-forward playback is not obtained by simply combining the playback state and the fast-forward state;
Furthermore, since rewinding playback cannot be obtained by simply combining the playback state and the rewinding state, the present invention detects simultaneous operations to perform fast-forward playback,
A special state corresponding to rewind playback is obtained. Another way to achieve fast-forward playback (rewind playback) by combining the playback switch and fast-forward switch (rewind switch) is to first operate the playback switch to enter playback mode, then release the playback switch and press the fast-forward switch (rewind switch). ), but this method requires two steps of operation, which is cumbersome, and also requires pressing the fast-forward switch (rewind switch) during playback. Since the playback state is always fast-forward (rewind playback state), the operation becomes complicated because the user must go through the stop state once when changing from the playback state to the fast-forward state (rewind playback state). Further, it is not possible to change the playback switch from a fast-forward state (rewind state) to a fast-forward play state (rewind play state). On the other hand, if the present invention is configured to enter the fast-forward playback state (rewind playback state) on the condition that simultaneous operations are performed, the two-step operation is not necessary, and the fast-forward state can be directly changed from the playback state to the fast-forward playback state. or vice versa. Furthermore, the fast-forward playback state can be entered directly from the fast-forward state, and the order of operations does not matter. In the embodiment of the present invention described below, the memory circuit for storing switch operations has a conventional simultaneous input prohibition circuit configuration, and the output is determined by the last switch released. Further, during simultaneous operation, neither signal is output from the memory circuit, and when both switches are released, fast-forward playback and rewind playback are performed. This is to ensure that even if the two switches are released at different times, the output will not be determined to the state that was released later, and that a fast-forward playback state and a rewind playback state will always be obtained. In this embodiment, fast-forward playback and rewind playback are performed by first entering the playback state, then leaving the playback magnetic head in a position where it lightly contacts the magnetic tape to cancel the playback state, and in this state entering the fast-forward or rewind state. This is achieved by automatically performing a series of operations. This fast forward state or rewind state is canceled by operating any one switch. The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 2 will be described in detail below. In Fig. 2, fast forward switch 1, playback switch 2, rewind switch 3, and stop switch 4 are used to fast forward, play, rewind, and stop, respectively, by single operation. The signal levels of the lines l 1 , l 2 , l 3 , and l 4 are set to "0", and are set to "1" by being released. Lines l 1 , l 2 , l 3 , and l 4 serve as independent operation detection means, and the signals of these lines are input to the memory circuit I 1 for fast forward operation input b, playback operation input a, rewind operation input c, and stop operation input d. Enter each. The memory circuit I1 is a circuit that detects that the switches 1 to 4 have been operated by signals "0" on the corresponding lines l1 to l4 , and outputs an operation command stored as an allocation means. The output of this memory circuit I1 is determined by the last "0" input, and a simultaneous multiple input prohibition circuit is incorporated so that nothing is output when a plurality of signals "0" are input at the same time. A fast forward and playback simultaneous operation detection circuit 10 (simultaneous operation detection means) detects a fast forward switch 1 and a playback switch 2.
This is to detect that the two are operated simultaneously. That is, the signals on lines l 1 and l 2 are passed through the NOR circuit N1 to the reset R input of the flip-flop circuit F1 whose truth table is as shown below, and to the set S input of the flip-flop circuit F1 via the AND circuit A1. When fast forward switch 1 and playback switch 2 are not operated, the output of NOR circuit N1 becomes "0", the output of AND circuit A1 becomes "1", and flip-flop circuit F1 is set. The output is "0".

When fast forward switch 1 and playback switch 2 are operated simultaneously, the output of NOR circuit N1 becomes "1" and the output of AND circuit A1 becomes "0", so flip-flop circuit F1 is reset and its output becomes "1".
stand up. Simultaneous operation is canceled (fast forward switch 1
When the playback switch 2 and the playback switch 2 are both turned off, the flip-flop circuit F1 is set again and becomes "0". A rewind/playback simultaneous operation detection circuit 11 (simultaneous operation detection means) detects a rewind switch 3 and a playback switch 2.
This is to detect that the two are operated simultaneously. That is, the signals on the lines l 2 and l 3 are passed through the NOR circuit N2 to the reset input of a flip-flop circuit F2 similar to the flip-flop circuit F1, and

The output of the AND circuit A2 becomes "1", the flip-flop circuit F2 is set, and its output becomes "0". When only one of the rewind switch 3 and the playback switch 2 is operated, the outputs of the NOR circuit N2 and the AND circuit A2 are both "0", so the flip-flop circuit F2 remains at its previous value. When rewind switch 3 and playback switch 2 are operated simultaneously, the output of NOR circuit N2 becomes "1" and the output of AND circuit A2 becomes "0", so flip-flop circuit F2 is reset and becomes "1". Go up. When the simultaneous operation is canceled, the flip-flop circuit F2 is set again and its output becomes "0". Each output of the flip-flop circuits F1 and F2 is applied to the reproduction operation input a of the memory circuit I1 via the NOR circuit N3, the differentiating circuit 15 and the transistor Q1. Therefore, when the simultaneous operation of fast forward switch 1 and playback switch 2, or rewind switch 3 and playback switch 2 is released, the output of NOR circuit N3 changes from "0" to "1", and the rising edge of the output changes from "0" to "1". 15, the transistor Q1 is turned on, the line l2 is grounded, and a pulse signal is input to the reproduction operation input a of the memory circuit I1 . Moreover, the output of the flip-flop circuit F1 is
After passing through a delay circuit consisting of a diode D1, an integrating circuit 16 and a transistor Q2, it is further applied to a differentiating circuit 17 to a transistor Q3. In other words, the collector potential of the transistor Q2 of the delay circuit is "0" when the output of the flip-flop circuit F1 is
After that, the signal changes from "0" to "1" after a predetermined time due to discharge of the capacitor C1, and this rise is differentiated by the differentiating circuit 17 to turn on the transistor Q3 for a short time. Therefore, when the simultaneous operation of fast forward switch 1 and playback switch 2 is released, transistor Q3 grounds line l1 after a predetermined time delay.
A pulse signal is input to the fast forward operation input b of the memory circuit I1 . Flip-flop circuit F2 has diode D
2. After passing through a delay circuit consisting of an integrating circuit 18 and a transistor Q4, it is further applied to a transistor Q5 via a differentiating circuit 19. That is, the collector potential of the transistor Q4 of the delay circuit becomes "0" after the output of the flip-flop circuit F2 becomes "0".
“0” after a predetermined time due to discharge of capacitor C2
becomes “1”, and this rise is the differential circuit 1.
It is differentiated by 9 and turns on transistor Q5 for a short period of time. Therefore, when the simultaneous operation of rewind switch 3 and playback switch 2 is released, transistor Q5 grounds line l3 after a predetermined time delay, and memory circuit I1
A pulse signal is input to the rewind operation input C of. As described above, when simultaneous operations are canceled, a pulse is first applied to playback operation input a, and after a predetermined delay, fast forward operation input b (or rewind operation input c) is applied.
A pulse will be added to The reason why the reproduction operation input a is first set to "0" in this simultaneous operation is to set the magnetic head to the reproduction position in advance for fast-forward reproduction or rewind reproduction. A reproduction output e, a first output f, a fast forward output g, and a rewind output h are taken out from the memory circuit I1 . The relationship between input and output is as shown in FIG. That is, the playback output e, fast-forward output g, and rewind output h become "1" due to the playback input a, fast-forward input b, and rewind input c, respectively. The first output f becomes "1" by the fast forward input b or the rewind input c. Each output is held until the next input signal. When the stop operation input d is input, neither signal is output.
Also, when multiple signals are input at the same time, none of the signals are output, and when multiple inputs are canceled, the output is determined by the last signal whose input is stopped. The playback output e, fast forward output g, and rewind output h are input to the control circuit 20. The control circuit 20 operates as a control means to control the reel motor 2 based on these inputs.

to their respective states. The head plunger 31 and the lock pin plunger 36 are the first output f of the memory circuit I1 ,
The magnetic head 3 relative to the magnetic tape 32 is driven by a control means composed of transistors Q6 to Q10, an OR circuit N4, NOR circuits N5 and N6, etc., which input the reproduction output e and the output of the AND circuit A3.
3 is controlled to a position corresponding to the operation of switches 1, 2, 3, and 4. The head plunger 31 moves up and down a magnetic head 33 attached to its lower part via a substrate 34. When the head plunger 31 is not driven, the substrate 34 is pulled down by the spring 35. The lock pin plunger 36 drives the lock pin 37. Lock pin 37 is pushed out by spring 38 when plunger 36 is not driven. At this time, if the board 34 is in the lowered position, the lock pin 37 comes into contact with the board 34, and if it is in the raised position, the lock pin 37 contacts the notch 3 formed in the board 34.
4a. Further, if the board 34 is lowered with the lock pin 37 inserted into the notch 34a, the board 34 will stop at the position where the notch 34a is hooked on the lock pin 37. FIG. 4 shows the drive combination of the head plunger 31 and the lock pin plunger 36 to drive the magnetic tape 3.
2 shows various settings of the position of the magnetic head 33 with respect to the magnetic head 2. FIG. 4a shows a case where only the head plunger 31 is driven, and the substrate 34 is pulled up and the magnetic head 3
3 is in close contact with the magnetic tape 32. At this time, the lock pin 37 is pushed by the spring 38 and inserted into the notch 34a. This is the state during playback. FIG. 4b shows the case where only the lock pin plunger 36 is driven, and the lock pin 37 is located in the notch 34a.
The substrate 34 is pulled down by the spring 35, and the magnetic head 33 is brought out of contact with the magnetic tape 32. This is the state during fast forwarding, rewinding, or stopping. FIG. 4c shows a case where the drive of the head plunger 31 is stopped without driving the lock pin plunger 36 from the regenerated state shown in FIG. 4a. At this time,
The board 34 is stopped at the position where the lock pin 37 is caught in the notch 34a, and the magnetic head 33 is attached to the magnetic tape 3.
It will be in a state of light contact with 2. This is the state of fast-forward playback or rewind playback. Hereinafter, a circuit that performs these controls will be explained. In FIG. 2, the plunger drive circuit 40 drives the head plunger 31 to bring the magnetic head 33 into close contact with the magnetic tape 32 while the reproduction output e is being output from the memory circuit I1 . The reproduction output e and the first output are input to the OR circuit N4. Therefore, the output of the OR circuit N4 becomes "0" when in the stopped state or the simultaneous operation state, and becomes "1" otherwise. The output of the OR circuit N4 is applied to one input terminal of the NOR circuit N5. Transistor Q8 delays the fall of the output of OR circuit N4 using resistor R4 and capacitor C4, and applies the inverted signal to the other input terminal of NOR circuit N5. Therefore, the output of the OR circuit N4 is "1" in the NOR circuit N5.
A pulse signal is output when the voltage falls from 0 to 0. This pulse signal means that a stop operation has been performed. Further, the signal path connected from the OR circuit N4 to the NOR circuit N5 is grounded via a transistor Q7. This transistor Q7 is turned on for a short time when the first output f is output and the transistor Q6 is turned on, and the above signal path is grounded. Therefore, if the first signal is output in the middle of the period in which the output of the OR circuit N4 is "1", a pulse signal will be output from the NOR circuit N5. This pulse signal means that the output of the memory circuit I1 is directly switched from the reproduction output e to the first output f without going through a no-output state. Therefore, a pulse signal is output from the NOR circuit N5 not only when the stop state is reached, but also when the playback state changes to a fast forward or rewind state (that is, when it is necessary to pull out the lock pin 37). be done. The output pulse signal of the NOR circuit N5 turns on the transistor Q9, drives the lock pin plunger 36, and pulls out the lock pin 37 from the notch 34a. The transistor Q10 grounds the base of the transistor Q9 during fast forward playback and rewind playback to prevent the lock pin plunger 36 from being driven by the output pulse signal of the NOR circuit N5. The NOR circuit N6 that drives the transistor Q10 has one input terminal applied with the output of the NOR circuit N5, and the other input terminal applied with the output of the NOR circuit A3. The AND circuit A3 (allocation means) has the collector potentials of the transistors Q2 and Q4 added to each, and when the outputs of the flip-flop circuits F1 and F2 are "1" (when they are operated simultaneously), the output becomes "0". It's becoming like that. Therefore, the NOR circuit N6 outputs the signal "1" and turns on the transistor Q10 until the pulse signal is output from the NOR circuit N5 after simultaneous operations are performed. Since the output of NOR circuit N6 is delayed by resistor R3 and capacitor C3, even if a pulse signal is output from NOR circuit N5, it will be ignored. This prevents the lock pin 37 from being pulled out of the notch 34a during simultaneous operations. Next, each operation of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 during single operation and simultaneous operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 shows, as an example of a single operation, the signals of each part when the playback switch 2 is operated from a stopped state, followed by the fast-forward switch 1, and finally the stop switch 4, as shown in figure a. It is something that Each signal in FIG. 5 is a signal indicated by the same reference numeral in FIG. 2. In single operation, the signal levels of two or more lines l 1 , l 2 , and l 3 will never be "0" at the same time, so the output of the NOR circuit N1 is always "0" (Figure 5b), and the flip-flop Circuits F1 and F2 are not reset. Therefore, their outputs are always “0” (the fifth
Figure 5d), transistors Q1, Q3, Q5 are not turned on (Figure 5g, i). Therefore, the input to the memory circuit I1 becomes a signal that completely corresponds to the on/off states of switches 1, 2, 3, and 4 (Fig. 5h, i). The memory circuit I1 sets the reproduction output e to "1" when the reproduction operation input a (FIG. 5 j) is input (the fifth
Figure k). This reproduction output e is the plunger drive circuit 4
0 to bring the magnetic head 33 into close contact with the magnetic tape 32. When the fast forward input b (FIG. 5h) is input to the memory circuit I1 , the fast output f is taken out instead of the playback output e (FIG. 5l). At the rise of the first output f, the transistor Q7 is momentarily turned on (FIG. 5o), a pulse signal is output from the NOR circuit N5 (FIG. 5p), and the lock pin 37 is pulled out. Therefore, when the drive of the head plunger 31 is released, the magnetic head 33 moves to the magnetic tape 32.
be separated from When the stop input d is input to the memory circuit I1 , the first output f falls (FIG. 5l), and the lock pin plunger 36 is driven to come to a stop state. FIG. 6 shows an example of simultaneous operation in which the operation switch and fast-forward switch 1 are simultaneously operated from a stopped state as shown in FIG. 6A. When this simultaneous operation is performed, the flip-flop circuit F1 is reset, and when the simultaneous operation is canceled, the flip-flop circuit F1 is set and its Q output falls from "1" to "0" (FIG. 6d).
At this falling edge, a pulse signal is input to the reproduction operation input a of the memory circuit I1 (FIG. 6j). Further, a pulse signal is inputted to the fast forward operation input b after a delay of the time constant of the resistor R1 and the capacitor C1 (Fig. 6h). Therefore, when simultaneous operations are performed, the memory circuit I1 first outputs the reproduced output e (FIG. 6k), followed by the first output f (FIG. 6l). At this time, AND circuit A3
Since the output of is “0”, the NOR circuit N5 in Fig. 6q.
Even if a pulse signal (FIG. 6p) is output from the transistor Q9, the transistor Q9 will not be turned on.
Therefore, when switching from the playback state to the fast-forward state, the lock pin 37 is not pulled out, and the board 34 stops at the position where the notch 34a is caught on the lock pin 37, that is, the position where the magnetic head 33 lightly contacts the magnetic tape 32. This realizes fast-forward playback. Fast-forward playback can be canceled by pressing any switch 1, 2, 3, or 4. Although the case of fast-forward playback has been described above, rewind playback is also realized by a similar operation. In addition, in the above embodiment, a case was explained in which the functions of fast forward playback and rewind playback were realized.
This can be used to detect blank spaces between songs, and can also be applied to automatic cue selection and automatic song selection. As explained above, according to the present invention, the playback operation switch and fast forward operation are performed using a playback operation switch, a fast forward operation switch, and a rewind operation switch, each of which is configured with a switch that returns to the state before the operation when the operation is stopped. Fast-forward playback is commanded by operating the switch simultaneously, and rewind playback is commanded by simultaneously operating the playback operation switch and rewind operation switch, so it is possible to command fast-forward playback and rewind playback independently. This eliminates the need for additional switches, simplifies the mechanism, and improves operability. Additionally, the number of wires required for remote control can be reduced. Furthermore, according to the present invention, fast-forward playback and rewind playback are commanded only when two operation switches are operated simultaneously, so by providing this simultaneous operation function, each operation switch can perform the original operation. Gender is never lost. That is, in order to shift from the fast-forward playback state or the rewind playback state to the playback state, fast-forward state, or rewind state, it is sufficient to simply operate these operation switches independently.
There is no need for a two-step operation such as operating these operation switches after performing a stop operation.
