Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the insulated trolley wires from being slackened for a long period by externally fitting a conductor in split cylinder form onto the conductors of the insulated trolley wires in butted form and connecting the conductors by externally fitting a spring body in split cylinder form onto the conductor. CONSTITUTION:As for the both insulated wires 10 and 11, the edge parts of the insulators 13 and 15 are removed, and electric conductors 12 and 14 are exposed, butted and connected by a joint 18. The joint 18 is constituted of a conductor 16 and a spring body 17. As for the conductor 16 made of electric conductive material, the exposed conductors 12 and 14 are formed into split cylinder form having a split part 19 for the passing of the exposed conductors 12 and 14, and a lip piece 20 is bent outwardly at the both edges of the split part 19. A spring body 17 consists of a leaf spring, and formed into a split cylinder form having an inverted U-figure form having a split part 21 for the pass of the conductor 16, and a lip piece 22 is formed. The conductor 16 which is externally fifted onto the exposed parts 12 and 14 of the conductorss 12 and 14 is press-attached in contracted diameter form by the spring force of the externally fitted spring body 17, and the trolley wires 10 and 11 are con nected for a long period, without being slackened.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a joint for insulated trolley wires. [Prior Art] Conventionally, a trolley bar connection structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-23562 has been devised. This connection structure involves inserting a pair of upper and lower connection pins across the conductor to be connected, and then separating both connection pins with a bolt that is screwed into one connection pin and whose tip abuts the other connection pin, and then separating the two connection pins from the inner wall of the conductor. , and both conductors are connected. [Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conventional trolley bar connection structure, both connection pins are separated by bolts and pressed against the conductor, so the bolts may become damaged due to vibration during long-term use. There was a risk that the connection would come loose and cause a serious accident.

According to the insulated trolley wire joint of the present invention, a split cylindrical good conductor is fitted over the conductors that are butted against each other, and a split cylindrical spring body is fitted around the good conductor to connect the conductors. The connection will not loosen even after long-term use. In addition, the spring body and conductive body are split-cylindrical, so they can be easily attached and detached even in the middle of an insulated trolley wire line. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 3. In Fig. 1, 10.11 is an insulated trolley wire,
The conductor 12.14 is coated with an insulator 13.15. Both insulated trolley wires 10.11 are butted together by removing the ends of the insulators 13.15 to expose the conductors 12.14, and are connected by a joint 18. The joint 18 is made up of a good conductor l6 and a spring body 17, as shown in FIG. The good conductor 16 is made of a good conductive material and is shaped like a split tube with a split part 19 through which the conductor 12.14 can pass.
Lip pieces 20 are bent outward at both ends of the split portion l9. Further, the spring body 17 is made of a leaf spring,
It is shaped like a split tube with an inverted U-shaped cross section and has a split part 21 through which the good conductor 16 can pass, and lip pieces 22 are bent outward at both ends of the split part 2l. There is. Figure 3 shows
A state in which the spring body 17 is fitted onto the good conductor 16 is shown, and in this state, the good conductor 16 is fitted onto the exposed portions 12' and 14' of the conductor 12.14 as shown in FIG.

The diameter of the good conductor l6 is reduced by the elastic force of the spring body 17, and the conductor 12.14 is pressed into contact with the insulated trolley wire 10.11. According to the insulated trolley wire joint constructed in this way,
The conductors 12 and 14 of the insulated trolley wires 10 and 11 are connected by fitting a good conductor 16 and a spring body 17 on the outside, and there is no need to worry about the bolts loosening as in the conventional example, and it can be used for a long period of time. The connection does not come off even if you use it. In addition, both the good conductor 16 and the spring body 17 are shaped like split tubes, so that they can be easily attached and detached even in the middle of the insulated trolley wire line, and the insulated trolley wire can be replaced. Further, the joint l8 can be easily assembled by simply fitting the spring body 17 onto the good conductor 16, and the good conductor l8 can be easily assembled.
By overlapping the lip piece 22 of the spring body 17 on the lip piece 20 of 6, mutual positioning can be performed. Further, since the spring body 17 is fitted onto the outside, the good conductor 16 is strongly pressed against the conductor 12, 14, and poor conductivity is less likely to occur.

Furthermore, the good conductor l6 has a split cylinder shape, and the conductors 12 and l4
Since the conductors 12 and 14 of various shapes that can be fitted inside the good conductor 16 can be connected together. [Effects of the Invention] According to the insulated trolley wire joint of the present invention, a split cylindrical good conductor is fitted around the conductors that are butted against each other, and a split cylindrical spring body is fitted around the good conductor. The conductors are connected and the connection will not loosen even after long-term use. In addition, the spring body and the conductive body are split-cylindrical, so they can be easily attached and detached even when the insulated trolley wire is in the middle of the line, making it easy to replace the insulated trolley wire.
