法に関するものである。

近から水平方向に搬出し、 (g) 上記搬出されたパレツト上に整列して搭載さ
れている加工食品を一括把持して、整列状態の
侭でコンベア上に乗せ替えて自動包装機に送り
込む。

ず、完全な無人化操業を達成することが出来る。
操業の無人化はコスト低減に有効なのみでなく、
人的ミスが混入する余地を無くして製品品質の向
上に貢献すると共に、人的災害の発生低減にも貢
献するところ多大である。

列せしめて順次に搭載し、 (b) コンベア上で整列している加工食品の複数個
を整列状態のままで一括把持してパレツト上に
乗せ替え、 (c) 上記のパレツトを水平方向に搬送して冷却室
の下端部付近に搬入し、 (d) 上記搬入されたパレツトを上方に順次送り、 (e) 冷却室上端部付近で上記のパレツトを水平方
向に幅寄せした後、順次に下降せしめ、 (f) 上記の下降したパレツトを冷却室の下端部付
近から水平方向に搬出し、 (g) 上記搬出されたパレツト上に整列して搭載さ

侭でコンベア上に乗せ替えて自動包装機に送り
込むことを特徴とする、包装された加工食品の
製造方法。
