Claims (1)
- 上面にマイクロ波回路を設け、裏面に接地導体
に繋がる金属体を設けたマイクロ波集積回路にお
いて、前記マイクロ波回路の入力端子及び出力端
子の外側にそれぞれ前記金属体と繋がる金属壁を
立設し、この金属壁には前記入力端子及び出力端
子と対応する位置に金属のリボンを通すための穴
と、この金属壁を筺体の側壁或いは他のマイクロ
波集積回路の金属壁に固定するためのネジを通す
複数個の穴とを設けたことを特徴とするマイクロ
波集積回路。
