Claims (1)
- 固体撮像素子の後方にペルチエ素子を配置し、
前記固体撮像素子とペルチエ素子の間に熱膨張率
の良い流動体を内部に充填した熱伝達バツグを介
在し、この熱伝達バツグの両面を前記固体撮像素
子の後面と前記ペルチエ素子の冷却部にそれぞれ
面接触状態で接着し、前記ペルチエ素子の放熱部
に直接又は間接的に熱伝達パイプを面接触状態で
接着し、この熱伝達パイプの先端を外部ケースに
接続したことを特徴とする固体撮像素子の冷却装
置。
