The equipment must have a gauge adjustment that strictly sets a clearance between the mold and the spinning roller that corresponds to the thickness of the material metal plate, and if the accuracy is low, the thickness of the material metal plate may become uneven. Because tears, molding wrinkles, etc. occur, it takes an extremely large amount of time and effort to adjust the gauge, and not only does it require a precise copying die that matches the mold, but it also requires a spinning roller to be used in the copying die. The cost is extremely high because it requires complex mechanisms such as servo mechanisms for high-precision tracing, and it is also necessary to readjust the clearance in response to changes in mold diameter due to temperature changes. There were various problems such as these, and it was particularly unsuitable for low-volume, high-mix production.

したものである。 In order to solve these problems, the applicant previously proposed a spinning processing apparatus that does not use the copying die as described above. This spinning processing device includes two hydraulic cylinders that separately move the spinning roller in a direction parallel to the rotation center axis of the mold and in a diagonal direction relative to the axis, and two controls that separately control both hydraulic cylinders. Equipped with an operating lever to operate the valve,
By operating the control valve with this operating lever, the two hydraulic cylinders are driven so that the spinning roller moves along the mold, and the spinning roller applies a constant pressure to the material metal plate into the shape along the mold. It is configured to perform spinning processing.

The motor of the drive means and the screw feed mechanism drive motor are automatically operated by the controller. That is, the hydraulic cylinder that moves the spinning roller obliquely in the far and near directions with respect to the rotation center axis of the mold is operated manually (during teaching work) by the motor of the lever driving means.
The screw feeding mechanism is actuated based on the movement of the control valve operating lever which is driven in the same manner as the above, and moves the spinning roller in a direction parallel to the rotation center axis of the mold. Operated by direct control of the motor. As a result, the spinning roller can be moved in exactly the same manner as during the teaching operation, and the same spinning process as during the teaching operation can be performed.

When the movable base 25 reaches the forward limit position and the limit switch LSF turns ON, and the second slide base 9 reaches the forward limit position, the motor M1 of the screw feed mechanism 12 is rotated at a preset low speed. The first slide table 8 is rotated and moved forward at a low speed in the L direction (leftward direction toward the mold 2) from the R direction retraction limit position. At the same time, the motor M2 is switched to a free state in which the operating lever 16 can be freely operated in the FB direction.

At this time, if the rough drawing process is set, the operation lever 16 can be used to switch the first slide table 8 to high-speed movement, and also to arbitrarily change the direction of movement.

Motor M1 is released from automatic operation (low-speed normal rotation leftward drive). After this, while the operating lever 16 is tilted in the L direction (while the limit switch LSL is ON), the motor M1 is driven forward at high speed, and while the operating lever 16 is tilted in the R direction ( While the limit switch LSR is ON), the motor M1 is driven in reverse at high speed. Therefore, after the first slide table 8 (spinning roller 5) starts moving to the left at low speed due to automatic operation as described above, once the operating lever 16 is tilted in the R direction (right side), it immediately moves in the L direction (left side).
By tilting it down, the first slide table 8 (spinning roller 5) can be switched from low speed to high speed and moved to the left.
By tilting it in the direction (to the right), the first slide table 8
(The spinning roller 5) can be moved rightward at high speed. To stop the high-speed movement of the first slide table 8 (spinning roller 5) in the LR direction, the operating lever 16 may be returned to the neutral position to stop the motor M1.

Thus, the spinning roller 5 can be freely moved on a flat surface. Of course, it is possible to move at high speed in the L-R direction, and at any speed in the F-B direction.

At the same time, the motor M1 of the screw feed mechanism 12 is driven in reverse to move the first slide table 8 backward at high speed to the backward limit position in the R direction, and the spinning roller 5 is returned to its origin. That is, the operation of tilting the operating lever 16 in the B direction to the stroke limit is the operation of returning the spinning roller 5 to its origin.

The spinning roller 5 is brought into contact with a position near the center of rotation. From this state, the operating lever 16 moves the spinning roller 5 in the L direction and backward in the B direction as shown in FIG. 11, thereby drawing the metal plate material W toward the mold 2. This drawing process is repeated several times to finally form the metal plate material W into a shape that follows the outer peripheral surface of the mold 2. At the stage of pressing the metal plate material W against the mold 2 with the spinning roller 5, the relief valve The operating lever 16 must be operated so that the spinning roller 5 presses the metal plate material W against the mold 2 with a constant pressure by V4 . When the spinning process is completed, as described above, the operating lever 16 is pushed down to the backward limit in the B direction to return the spinning roller 5 to its origin, and if there is a next step, the above teaching operation is repeated.

The steps up to this point are automatically performed by the sequence control described above. After this, control data is read out from the internal memory (RAM) at regular intervals that are the same as the sampling time interval of the control data during teaching, and based on this read control data, the screw feeding mechanism is controlled via the motor controllers 34 and 35. 12 drive motors M1 and operating lever drive means 2
The drive of the motor M2 of No. 3 is controlled. As a result, the first slide table 8 sequentially moves to a target position given at regular intervals as the screw shaft 15 driven by the motor M1 rotates, and the operating lever 16
is successively moved to a target position given at regular intervals as the movable base 25 is driven by the motor M2 via the pinion gear 29 and the rack gear 28. That is, the first slide stand 8 is moved in the L-R direction in exactly the same way as when the operating lever 16 is operated in the L-R direction during teaching to move the first slide stand 8 in the L-R direction. become. Further, the operating lever 16 is moved in the F-B direction by the operating lever driving means 23 in exactly the same way as when the operating lever 16 is manually operated in the F-B direction during teaching. Therefore, F is controlled by the flow rate proportional control valve V3 controlled by this operation lever 16 and the hydraulic cylinder C3 .
The second slide table 9 driven in the -B direction also moves in the same way as during teaching.

Although the sequence control described above automatically moves the slide table 8 forward at a low speed in the L direction, this is not an essential requirement for the present invention. That is,
Teaching (sampling of position data) is performed by driving the first slide stand 8 and the second slide stand 9 by operating the operating lever 16 from where the spinning roller 5 is waiting at the origin position.
Spinning roller 5 at the home position even during automatic operation
The first slide stand 8 and the second slide stand 9 may be driven based on the control data while the slide stand is waiting. Further, although the operating lever of the control valve and the operating means for controlling the drive motor of the screw feeding mechanism are configured by a common operating lever 16,
For example, as the operating means for controlling the drive motor of the screw feeding mechanism, it is also possible to use an operating lever other than the control valve operating lever, a push button switch, or the like.

Furthermore, the spinning process is not limited to the drawing spinning of the above embodiment. For example, the apparatus of the present invention can also be applied to various other types of spinning processes, such as handling spinning (shear spinning) and cylindrical spinning. Also, depending on the processing method, the back up roller 17 can be omitted.

Since the spinning process can be automatically moved to the next position, it is possible to automatically repeatedly manufacture spun processed products with consistent quality. Therefore, it is also effective in mass production of the same product.

Compared to the case of using the spinning machine, the operation during teaching can be easily performed with the same feeling as the operation of a conventional manually operated spinning processing apparatus, and the operability is improved.

Since the motor of the screw feeding mechanism is configured to be directly controlled based on the data, the operating means (also used as a control valve operating lever in the example) for controlling the drive motor of the screw feeding mechanism can be mechanically operated in the same way as during teaching. This eliminates the need for a drive means to operate the system, and can be implemented at low cost. Furthermore, the position of the spinning roller in the direction of the mold rotation center axis during automatic operation can be controlled with extremely high precision.
