    び前記第１の電極及び第２の電極に接続する高圧
    電源からなる払子コロナ発生部と、前記絶縁部の
    前記第１の電極側の面に粘性油を注入する手段と
    、前記粘性油を循環する手段とを有したことを特
    徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。
