Conventionally, the spray nozzle used in this type of construction method was simply a pipe with a constant flow path area. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a straight pipe nozzle 1' made of a vinyl chloride pipe or the like is provided at the end of the hose.

However, since concrete contains coarse particles L such as aggregate and fine particles S such as cement, the fine particles S flow along the pipe wall of nozzle 1 due to the difference in gravity between them, and the coarse particles L runs through the center of the nozzle 1 and can be sprayed. Therefore, the material is sprayed in a separated state. As a result, the adhesion of the material to the target surface X is poor, resulting in extremely large amounts of dust and rebound, and furthermore, the quality varies widely. Furthermore, there are also problems in terms of worker safety.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes a taper constriction portion that reduces the flow path area toward the discharge side at a position on the proximal side from the tip of the spray nozzle pipe provided at the tip of the concrete supply path. After the end of the tapered constriction part, the inner diameter is expanded to the tip with a step, and an air outlet is opened in the radial wall of the step, substantially facing the front of the flow of concrete. It is characterized by this.

In the present invention, a constriction portion is formed within the spray nozzle. Therefore, concrete (in the present invention,
In addition to concrete, mortar (including mortar or materials to which additives such as steel fibers are added) are converged and accelerated at the constriction section. Due to this convergence and acceleration, the coarse particles and fine particles in the concrete are mixed all at once and pass through the constriction section. Moreover, an air outlet is formed on the outlet side of the constriction part, and air is blown out from here to the tip of the nozzle or toward the front of the concrete flow by following the taper of the constriction part, so that the concrete can be It promotes mixing of coarse particles and fine particles when passing through the constriction part, and accelerates the flow rate of concrete. Furthermore, when the air outlet is directed from the outlet side of the constriction section to the tip of the nozzle, the air blown out from the air outlet flows along the inner wall of the nozzle tube and is ejected from the tip. Since an air curtain is formed that surrounds the concrete material over a period of time, dust is prevented from scattering and there is no rebound. The amount of rebound is also reduced because the materials are sprayed in a uniformly mixed state. Furthermore, since the material can be sprayed uniformly, it is possible to reliably incorporate reinforcing scale fibers to improve strength, which has been done in recent years, without impairing its function.

The structure is shown in the figure. That is, nozzle 1
For example, at a proximal position of about 3 to 6 m from the distal end, a narrow tapered constriction part 2 is formed on the distal end side to reduce the flow path area, and a short parallel part 3 is formed from the distal end. A large number of air outlets 4, 4, . . . facing toward the tip are formed at the stepped portion between the tip and the inner wall of the nozzle 1. Reference numeral 5 denotes an air supply pipe connected to the compressor 12, an air regulating valve 6 is provided in the middle thereof, and the pipe is connected to an annular air header 7. The air from this air header 7 is
The air is guided to each air outlet 4, 4, . . . via branch channels 8, 8, .

As shown in FIG. 4, the coarse particles L and fine particles S, which had been separated up to the constriction section 2, are converged at the constriction section 2 and accelerated with the help of the air A.
The mixture is uniformly mixed and sprayed onto the target surface X in a uniform state and at high speed. At this time, the blown air A spreads from the tip of the nozzle 1 to the target surface X to form an air curtain.
